• Clover is looking for an Administrive Controller: Accounts Payable to ensure administrative controls within area of responsibility to join the Finance team. This position is based at Clover Head Office in Roodepoort. 

Requirements    

• GRADE 12
• 2 years creditors experience 
• Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Intermediate)

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Perform administrative tasks within the department           
• Reviewing and capturing of invoices and credit notes
• Ensure effective filing, storage and security of documents
• Take responsibility for administrative controls, compliance to minimum specifications and implementing best practices
• Respond to and resolve vendor queries
• Deal with administrative and ad-hoc queries, and responsible for transparent processes
• Control and reconcile petty cash
• Administer and monitor expenses    
• Perform vendor statement reconciliation
• Assist with the annual audit
• Review and approve overseas travel and claims
• Conduct reconciliation of the overseas travel control account
• Assist with general departmental needs       
• Prepare and process monthly contract costs to GL ie. Vodacom/ Eqstra/ SANRAL etc
• Prepare and post GL journals
• Prepare, distribute and evaluate analytical review reports
• Assist Manager with ad-hoc tasks

• Clover is currently recruiting for a Field Marketer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and merchandising in areas where there are no more than 3 chain stores in a town or centre or a sales channel. The incumbent will be based in Witbank/Middelburg.

• Arrange launches and promotional material  
• Provide service to customers  
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations  
• Assist and support customers with appropriate sales procedures  
• Introduce appropriate measures to address customer needs  
• Observe and read customer preference  
• Monitor and report on sales volumes and pricing  
• Record sales per outlet and product category  
• Implement negotiated pricing
