    Quality Assurance Officer

    • A Quality Assurance Officer will ensure that products arrive and depart in accordance with quality and safety standards, conduct quality control inspections and provide QC Reports

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review and improve current procedures and conduct regular audits for SOP compliance
    • Monitor staff performance, providing guidance, and conducting essential training sessions
    • Investigate product quality issues, conduct root cause analyses, and raise Improvement Reports
    • Maintain a comprehensive filing system, complete daily QA checklists, and provide regular compliance reports
    • Enforce quality and cleaning standards, promptly addressing any deviations
    • Guide production teams, recommend improvements, and oversee the implementation of procedures
    • Conduct daily FIFO spot checks and assess safety risks, communicating findings to relevant departments
    • Identify training needs, foster a food safety culture, and train new employees
    • Perform sporadic production checks and follow through on HSE minutes, findings, and improvements
    • Track waste control, conduct cleaning inspections, and ensure strict adherence to product testing procedures

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years proven experience as a QA Officer
    • Certified Food Safety Manager - Certificate or Diploma
    • HACCP certified with strong regulatory skills
    • An understanding of microbiology and food technology
    • Knowledge and understanding of poultry processing

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • A distribution centre manager will lead and oversee the daily operations of the distribution centre
    • Managing a team, optimizing processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, production targets are met whilst maintaining safety and efficient working conditions
    • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the distribution centre, including goods receipt, order fulfilment, and production
    • Lead, mentor, and manage distribution centre staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
    • Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to ensure a productive and motivated team
    • Implement inventory control measures, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and regular reconciliation
    • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, stock movements, and adjustments

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution operations

    • Conduct safety training and ensure staff follow safety procedures
    • Ensure that distribution centre equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor systems, is well-maintained and in good working condition

    HR Officer - Polokwane

    • The HR Officer will be required to display a wide range of knowledge, skill and expertise within the area of HR . The HR Officer will be expected to assist the business within the Limpopo and surrounding regions with any HR related queries..     • Ability to multitask Reliability, dependable and responsible Accuracy and efficiency
    • MS Office Suite experience
