    Role Overview

    • We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive performance for our clients.     • As a BI Analyst, you’ll be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and presenting key performance metrics across multiple client accounts. Your ability to interpret data trends, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver clear, concise reports will directly contribute to our clients' growth and our agency’s strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze marketing and e-commerce data to track and report on KPIs across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify).
    • Build performance reports and dashboards to support client campaigns and internal strategy sessions.
    • Create compelling presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
    • Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities that inform media, creative, and CRO strategies.
    • Work closely with marketing, creative, and account teams to provide insight-driven direction.
    • Deliver high-quality reporting on time for weekly, monthly, and quarterly client updates.

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or Performance Reporting role—preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
    • Strong knowledge of key digital platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Shopify analytics.
    • Proficient in creating visually engaging and insightful presentations using Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
