    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the divisional quarterly business review and ensuring that the data presented is accurate and correct, partnering with the relevant BU Leads to collate their contribution.
    • Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the transformation field in order to optimise service delivery.
    • Co-create and contribute to the development of the transformation strategy for BDO in alignment with group strategic objectives.
    • Continuously improve the quality, accuracy, integrity and value of the transformation data.
    • Ensure all divisional data is consolidated timeously to develop internal scorecard on all scorecard elements
    • Consolidate accurate group internal scorecard for inclusion in Transformation Forum and Board pack.
    • Facilitate and assist in preparation for Department of Labour inspections. 
    • Attend and take minutes at Transformation Committee meetings. 
    • Track and monitor the Skills Development expenditure and provide leadership with and partner to drive recommendations to ensure targets are achieved.
    • Drive initiatives around diversity management.
    • Execute divisional Transformation Plans.
    • Provide regular reporting, progress updates and measures of success to BDO EXCO and Group Head of Transformation.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations on BEE to the business. 
    • Provide advice regarding matters of interpretation of the codes and legislation.
    • Integrate and align Skills Development and Employment Equity plans, reports, and strategies with B-BBEE.
    • Continuously monitor the scorecard to ensure that the business stays on track with its targets.

    Qualifications/Recognition of Prior Learning Equivalent:

    • A relevant degree
    • SANAS R47-03 accreditation is desirable

    Work Experience:

    • 3-5 years business and transformation. 
    • Experience in financial services environment.

    Knowledge:

    • Advance knowledge of Microsoft programs
    • Knowledge of relevant legislation e.g. Employment Equity Act, B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, etc.
    • Extensive knowledge and application of BBBEE codes.

    Technical Competencies:

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft programs
    • Strong analytical skills. 
    • Employment Equity planning and reporting.
    • Skills Development facilitation, planning and reporting.
    • Ability to interpret client business and financial information and translate them into BEE requirements.
