We are looking for someone to help grow our business in a way that makes us and our partners proud. As a Blue Robot Account Manager, you’ll be expected to lease with an already existing book of clients, grow and develop relationships as well as foster new client relationships, ultimately aimed a generating sales and achieving revenue goals for the business.
Engaging with brands and agencies will be your key go to market strategy, solving business challenges with our solutions. A great deal of importance we be focused on explaining technical capabilities in a simple and concise way.
This role offers the opportunity to work in the merging tech and advertising sectors, whilst being exposed to leading social platforms, brands and agencies.

Drive new and grow existing account revenues
Achieve quarterly sales targets
Provide day-to-day support to allocated customers
Manage brand direct and agency relationships
Reporting on campaign performance
Activate new customers through strategic selling
Ensure customers are educated and informed of all new product offerings
Fulfill all role functionalities associated with operations and sales
A typical day consists of:
Educating brands & agencies
Liaising with our internal sales teams across represented platforms to support and grow accounts
Preparing and presenting proposals
Managing communications with agency & brand & ensuring campaign performance is optimal
Liaising with our Account Management and Brand Strategy teams for day-to-day support
Requirements
Digital sales experience (minimum 3 years)
Digital marketing experience
Knowledge of digital advertising products an advantage
Knowledge of South African agency landscape is a must
Excellent presentation skills - spoken and written
Good numerical skills - create Keynote proposals and insertion orders independently
Ambitious, tenacious and positive can-do attitude
Passion for tech innovation
Impeccable Sales Hygiene and knowledge of CRM practices

Bangers & Mash is a global digital agency that specializes in creative execution (we are proudly the first and only official Snapchat Augmented Reality Lens Creator in Africa), and paid media buying and management. We have taken our years of experience in the field and built a sales division that builds both paid and organic social and digital experiences for brands that have real business impact.
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented junior campaign manager to work in conjunction with external agencies and clients to prepare and execute digital campaigns across a number of social platforms, and measure and report on their effectiveness.
A successful applicant should be meticulous about managing their accounts and budgets, and should have a responsible work ethic, a can-do attitude and be willing to work closely with the client on all levels of the account.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing the process, implementation, tracking, and measurement of digital marketing campaigns on the like of Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook.
We understand that Snapchat is a newer platform for most; rest assured we will up-skill successful applicants before throwing you in the deep end.
This may broaden to LinkedIn, Verizon Media and Google, and as such, Google AdWords Certification is essential. (You are not expected to be a specialist in all of these platforms; simply familiar with the terminology.)
Briefing and overseeing the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, who will help deliver your campaign assets.
Contributing to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights.
Working within a budget and reporting any overspend.
Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
Maintaining regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
Keeping abreast of current trends in marketing.
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Twitter and Facebook advertising platforms;
Excellent attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent budget management capabilities;
Outstanding reporting and presentation skills;
Google Adwords Certification (Fundamentals and Advanced);
Social Media Advertising experience (Minimum 2-years);
Good computer literacy, specifically on Apple hardware and software:
The business runs off Google Workplace so experience on this system is beneficial, and
All business collateral is developed on iOS Keynote.
Proficiency in English,
Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
A team player with a high level of dedication and energy.
