We are looking for someone to help grow our business in a way that makes us and our partners proud. As a Blue Robot Account Manager, you’ll be expected to lease with an already existing book of clients, grow and develop relationships as well as foster new client relationships, ultimately aimed a generating sales and achieving revenue goals for the business.
Engaging with brands and agencies will be your key go to market strategy, solving business challenges with our solutions. A great deal of importance we be focused on explaining technical capabilities in a simple and concise way.
This role offers the opportunity to work in the merging tech and advertising sectors, whilst being exposed to leading social platforms, brands and agencies.

Drive new and grow existing account revenues
Achieve quarterly sales targets
Provide day-to-day support to allocated customers
Manage brand direct and agency relationships
Reporting on campaign performance
Activate new customers through strategic selling
Ensure customers are educated and informed of all new product offerings
Fulfill all role functionalities associated with operations and sales
A typical day consists of:
Educating brands & agencies
Liaising with our internal sales teams across represented platforms to support and grow accounts
Preparing and presenting proposals
Managing communications with agency & brand & ensuring campaign performance is optimal
Liaising with our Account Management and Brand Strategy teams for day-to-day support
Digital sales experience (minimum 3 years)
Digital marketing experience
Knowledge of digital advertising products an advantage
Knowledge of South African agency landscape is a must
Excellent presentation skills - spoken and written
Good numerical skills - create Keynote proposals and insertion orders independently
Ambitious, tenacious and positive can-do attitude
Passion for tech innovation
Impeccable Sales Hygiene and knowledge of CRM practices
