    Risk Advisory – Data Analytics – Operational Risk Analytics – Manager

    Job Description
    The main purpose of the job is to support the Engagement Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project. 

    The job role entails the following:

    • Analysis and conversion of business requirements into technical specifications
    • Data exploration and analysis
    • ETL and data preparation capabilities
    • Solve intricate data integration problems
    • Development, testing and implementation of analytics solutions
    • Reporting and data visualisation capabilities
    • Oversight and support to junior team members
    • Engagement and team management
    • Business development and portfolio management
    • Project planning and administrative responsibilities
    • Accountability for deliverables and feedback to manager and stakeholders
    • Solve complex data modelling and visualisation complications
    • Manage and interact with clients and business stakeholders
    • Translate technical concepts into business understanding and value
    • Proficiency in at least two or more of the following tools:  SQL Server, SAS, Python and PowerBI
    • Functional experience in cloud analytics is advantageous

    • BSc Computer Science, BSc Honours Computer Science, BSC Maths Statistics, BEng (all disciplines), BCom (Informatics preferred).  Or if direct entry proven experience in data & analytics and other relevant any qualifications (e.g. certifications in analytics technology platforms and techniques)

    Desired Qualifications          

    • Certifications or Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Data Analytics, and technology specific certifications

    Minimum Experience

    • 5+ years relevant working experience

    Senior Consultant

    • To support service / business area leadership in the implementation of strategic plan through the effective management of team/s. To promote our leadership capabilities which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

    • Supports the Manager in implementation of strategy of the Service Line / Business Area in relation to specific area of expertise

    • Tracking of plans in engagements / projects

    • Maintains high level oversight of client engagements / projects

    • Develops change management proposals independently, from scope and approach and commercial/ pricing
    • Experience in applying change management to key Technology growth areas – eg Salesforce/ Coupa/ WorkDay or Cloud Service providers such as AWS/ Google
    • Recognised as a thought leader/ contributor in the field of change management in and outside of HC
    • Scoping and planning of strategic change managements projects using Deloitte IP and methods to drive the clients’ change journey
    • Delivery of change management projects, including digital transformation and technology driven change

    Digital Adoption

    • Scoping and Planning of OD Projects using Deloitte IP and methods to frame the design process
    • Delivery of OD D3 Method Phases and management of the use of tools as appropriate. OrgVue/ AONA
    • OD Lab and Workshop design and facilitation at advanced level
    • OD Business case development and transition planning
    • HR Transformation and Strategy
    • Scoping and Planning of HRT projects using Deloitte IP and methods to frame the design process
    • Delivery of HR Op Model and detailed design using OD method and HIHROM framework

    Qualifications & Experience required 

    Required

    • Honours B Degree in either Organisational/ Industrial Psychology or Business-related degree
    • 3 - 4 years’ working experience

    Preferred

    • Degree relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)
    • 4 – 6 years in a similar role to the required competence of areas, i.e., OD, Strategic Change, HRT, or leadership, preferably in an external client facing role
