    Candidate Valuer Pipeline

    About the role

    • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Candidate Valuer to join our Valuations Department within A&T Services. This role supports the valuation team in delivering high-quality, compliant valuation work across Africa, excluding Egypt, and across sectors including office, retail, industrial, hospitality and specialised assets.
    • Reporting to the Head of Valuations, the successful candidate will assist senior valuation professionals with research, analysis, financial modelling, valuation reporting and the preparation of accurate supporting documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing valuation professional to gain exposure to complex assignments, multiple asset classes and African property markets while progressing toward professional registration.

    What you will bring:

    • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, Property Studies or a related field.
    • Professional registration with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession as a Candidate Valuer.
    • Foundational understanding of property valuation principles, market research and financial modelling.
    • Understanding of valuation software and willingness to build capability in tools such as Argus Enterprise and Excel.
    • Interest in African and global property markets, including the factors that influence real estate values.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with internal teams and stakeholders.

    What you will be doing:

    • Assist with valuation instructions across multiple African markets, excluding Egypt, under the guidance of senior valuation professionals.
    • Support the preparation of valuation reports, working papers, research summaries, financial models and supporting schedules.
    • Gather, verify and analyse property, market, economic, political and currency-related information relevant to valuation assignments.
    • Apply approved valuation methodologies and templates across different asset classes, with appropriate supervision and review.
    • Maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready documentation in line with internal quality and risk management frameworks.
    • Assist in responding to internal, client and auditor queries by preparing supporting information and evidence.
    • Support the standardisation of valuation processes, templates and reporting outputs across regions.
    • Track tasks, deadlines and deliverables, and provide regular updates on progress, risks and outstanding information.
    • Participate in professional development activities linked to SACPVP, RICS awareness and CPD requirements.

    Valuer Pipeline

    About the role

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Valuer to join our Valuations Department within A&T Services. The role supports valuation assignments across Africa, excluding Egypt, and contributes to the delivery of high-quality, compliant valuation advice and reports across office, retail, industrial, hospitality and specialised assets.
    • Reporting to the Head of Valuations, the successful candidate will assist with valuation instructions, technical analysis, financial modelling, client reporting and compliance with internal quality and risk management frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing valuation professional to work on varied assignments across African markets while growing technical depth and professional capability.

    What you will bring

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Property Valuation, Real Estate, Property Studies, Finance, Commerce, Built Environment or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' property valuation experience, preferably with exposure to African property markets and multiple asset classes.
    • Professional registration with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession, or active progression toward the appropriate professional registration level.
    • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, or active progression toward RICS membership, would be advantageous.
    • Intermediate to advanced valuation and financial modelling capability, including strong Excel skills and experience with Argus Enterprise.
    • Sound understanding of valuation methodologies, property market dynamics, risk management principles and global valuation/reporting standards.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, auditors, internal teams and senior stakeholders.

    • Contribute to peer review, quality assurance and continuous improvement of valuation templates, tools and processes.
    • Support client advisory work, business development activity and the growth of valuation revenue where required.
    • Track deadlines, manage work priorities and provide regular updates on progress, risks and deliverables.

    Sales Consultant

    About the role: 

    •  To identify, qualify, and secure annuity business opportunities within the assigned territory/sector; lead the full tender, RFP, and RFQ process, including bid preparation, costing, and compliance; develop long-term relationships with  clients to maximise retention and upsell opportunities; maintain a robust sales pipeline of annuity opportunities and provide accurate forecasts; collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery models align with client expectations; conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and solution workshops; and ensure contracts comply with commercial, legal, and operational standards.

    Qualifications and Experience:
