QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE:

• Min Code 08 drivers licence
• Forklift Licence
• Reach and side loader truck licence
• Basic rigging certificate

JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

• 7 - 10 years exposure in a Project stores environment
• 5 years supervisory experience will be an added advantage

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:

• SHEQ Compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure project stores is well laid out, equipment and materials are easy to locate.
• Ensure proper guidelines are in place for stacking and storage.
• Drive team to maintain continuous housekeeping in the stores area.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are on stores inventory.
• First line check of material and equipment coming in for defects and damages.
• Ensure all goods receipts are properly signed off and materials/equipment are processed in SAP.
• Ensure compliance to materials/equipment dispatch procedure - dispatch book used correctly, and equipment processed through SAP.
• Support with offloading of equipment and materials
• Ensure materials/equipment are binned correctly.
• Ensure correct material/equipment are dispatched and moved to site.
• Lead and develop a team.
• Manage the teams on stores KPI’s.
• Maintains morale and discipline of the team.
• Management of individual personal development plan.

Role Requirements:

• BCOM Finance/Information Systems preferred.
• Other Appropriate Degree or Post Graduate degree
• Experience in SAP ERP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools.
• 8 years relevant experience (project management, organizational development, continuous improvement and HR technology solutions)
• Proven record and know-how of working with effective adoption and change management.
• Talent that enjoys thinking conceptually and analytically with a digital mindset, whilst excelling at executing key analysis and implementations as the interface between HR and IT

Key Performance Areas:

• Design best-in-class digital HR operating models, governance frameworks and lean HR processes.
• Be responsible for driving Digital HR development programs and projects within Digital HR and secure alignment and standardization together with key process owners.
• Piloting conceptual design of HR and HR IT strategies
• Develop best practice expertise to ensure ongoing development of service delivery models and concepts
• Ensure a high quality of end-user experience by developing HR service access
• Supporting and implementing changes in the HR operations in the context of the organization, technology, processes, and personnel
• Linking efficiently the processes between business, strategy, and IT
• Provide effective and efficient reporting which enables strategic decision-making
