EXPERIENCE

• 5 Years’ Sourcing Specialist experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

• Facilitate the development of operational demand plans.
• Develop the BU acquisition management plan.
• Conduct formal briefing sessions for RFPs and promote full understanding of the organisation and project requirements by tenderers.
• Draft recommendation reports for Adjudication Committees
• Report on sourcing related matters
• Manage human, physical and financial resources in line with organisational policies, processes and procedures.

• Degree in Internal Auditing/Accounting/ Risk Management/Forensic Investigation/Law (NQF 7)

EXPERIENCE

• 5 years of investigation /Auditing /law experience

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• NQF 7 Law/legal/ Forensic/ Policing
• CFE certification

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

• Execute all forensic investigations projects as assigned by the Investigations Manager.
• Perform post fraud control reviews to identify the failings in the control environment which led to/facilitated the financial crime or misconduct.
• Draft forensic audit reports and discuss findings
• Participate in fraud and corruption awareness campaigns are conducted internally within PRASA to communicate the organization's zero-tolerance stance towards fraud and various forms of crime.
• Comply with ACFE, IIA training requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE

• 3 Years of Supervisory experience in SCM (which includes contract management)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs) 

• Facilitate contracting between the organisation and service providers.
• Engage Group Legal Department on standardisation of contracts, contract templates etc. completion of the works/defects period.
• Monitor the Business Unit’s contract register to ensure that all contracts are valid and up to date.
• Monitor contracts with respect to spent, duration, breaches, terminations etc.
• Coordinate “lesson learnt" exercises with all the relevant stakeholders for all strategic contracts before contract expiry /completion of the works / defects period.
• Liaise with project managers and contractors on contract progress and performance.
• Ensure safekeeping of sourcing documents.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• BTech Degree in Internal / External Auditing / SCM / Risk /Compliance Management (NQF 7)

EXPERIENCE

• 10 years Internal Auditing experience of which minimum of 5 years should be on the managerial level or 10 years IT experience of which minimum of 5 years should be on a managerial level within an auditing environment

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Membership with the Internal Audit / Compliance / SCM professional Institute

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

• Contribute to the development and review of Group SCM governance and compliance frameworks
• Disseminate SCM regulatory developments
• Promote awareness of SCM prescripts, policies, standard operating procedures and corporate governance practices.
• Review RFP, RFQ and post award documents for compliance.
• Benchmark SCM governance practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy current).
• Valid Code 08 Drivers’ License.

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years’ experience in the Electrical environment of which 1 year should at least be as an Engineering Technician Trainee.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

• Contract / Project Management & Administration.
• Provide facilities management support services.
• Perform site supervision and quality control.
• Asset Condition Assessment.
• Provide Technical Support.
• Monitor safety.

• 3 years’ experience as a Senior Buyer/ Procurement Officer.
• Valid code 08 driver’s license.

ADDED ADVANTAGE 

• Bachelor’s degree/ B-Tech in Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing/ Procurement/ Logistics or Business Management (NQF7).
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).

• Coordinates Tender Process.
• Consolidates and Compiles Reports.
• Negotiations.
• Stakeholder Management.
