• Minimum 3 years' experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.

Key Outputs

• Job Objectives:
• Calculate precise raw material BOMs for South Africa & Eswatini.Manage the raw material facility with financial institutions, including cashflow forecasting.
• Ensure timely and complete payment to grain suppliers and transporters in adherence to terms and conditions.
• Implement and oversee effective controls to mitigate the risk of fraud and misstatements.
• Produce accurate financial reports related to grain procurement.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the grain procurement process at both corporate and site levels.
• Co-ordinate and actively participate in the monthly stock closure for Grain Procurement.
• Verify and adjust raw material prices for all Premier sites with accuracy.
• Prepare and calculate monthly raw material BOMs for South Africa & Eswatini.
• Reconcile and authorise monthly payments to grain suppliers and transporters, ensuring accuracy and adherence to terms and conditions.
• Generate invoices for raw material sales to Premier Eswatini.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on procurement efficiencies to the management and executive team.
• Create weekly/monthly cashflow forecasts for the timely payment of the finance facility.
• Contribute to the annual budget preparation.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Qualification Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• a valid Driver's License code 10/C1 with PDP which is 3 years old or more

• 1-3 years' experience in the sales or retail environment
