    Artisan Millwright

    Job Description

    • To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and plant on site.
    • Day to day maintaining of plant.
    • Fault Finding
    • On the job training
    • Plant and system upgrades / Project management.
    • System maintenance
    • Rapid response to break downs
    • Audits (food safety, health & safety, and stock control)
    • Working in a factory environment – hot and noisy 
    • Required to work 6 days, overtime, unusual working hours (after hours, weekends and public holidays) and perform standby and call out duties. 

    Qualification Requirements

    • Matric 
    • Relevant Trade qualification 
    • Registered Millwright (Dept. of Labour) (Red Seal)

    Call Centre Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and lead a team of call centre agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Implement and enforce call centre policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to quality assurance guidelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer issues, share feedback, and contribute to the improvement of overall customer experience.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
    • Generate and analyse call centre reports to track performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide regular reports to management.

    Link Driver

    Responsibilities:

    Tasks include, amongst others:

    • Responsible for the vehicle.
    • Day to day inspection of the vehicle and reporting of all faults and serious mechanical problems to the appropriate personnel
    • Completing vehicle inspection sheet and refuelling of vehicles
    • Loading and off-loading various foods products including pallets
    • Keep the truck, and associated equipment, clean and in good working order.
    • Ensure adherence to the Road Traffic Act and ensure the safety of other road users
    • Abide by the regulations as set out in Occupational Health and Safety Act,
    • Abide by company policies and the regulations of the road.
    • Ensuring the vehicles are loaded correctly as well as checking documentation against the loads

    • Ensure all proof of deliveries are signed on delivery as well (POD’s, etc)
    • Navigate your way around Gauteng and surrounding areas
    • Maintaining company vehicle in a good condition /good housekeeping

    Qualification Requirements

    • Minimum level of education / Grade 12 certificate
    • Valid, unendorsed Code 14 driver’s license with valid PrDP
    • Clean driving record
    • Clean criminal record

    • 5-10 years driving experience preferably on a Scania, M Benz and MAN vehicle

    Dispatch

    Job Description

    • This position will be reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, with the responsibility of loading and offload bread on site. This is a 6-day position and if you meet the below requirements, then we are looking for you.
    • Offload and loading bread according to offloads/ loading SOP
    • Follow pipeline loading/offloading sequence
    • Tray count and balancing of trays in a truck
    • Attend daily invocoms
    • Ensure that quality bread is loaded / offloaded
    • Ensure a correct stock rotation (FIFO)
    • Report back on loading /offloading related matters to offloads supervisors

    • 6-day position 
    • Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
