    Buyer

    Job Objectives

    • Develop, adjust and maintain cycle purchasing plan in accordance with market trends on a monthly basis
    • Initiate negotiations regarding terms, conditions, discounts, stock protection for products as per purchasing plan on a weekly basis
    • Keep abreast of new pharmaceutical products and list these timeously
    • Ensure minimum and maximum stock levels across all products as per purchasing plan, budget parameters, MCC requirements
    • Accurately and timeously place orders and inform suppliers daily
    • Follow up on outstanding or displaced orders, out of stock and back orders obtain possible delivery dates, on a daily basis
    • Reduce out of stock situation to a 5% level
    • Oversee special non-surgical product buy outs
    • Timeously inform Receiving regarding all orders
    • Keep accurate record of pricing, deals promotions etc.
    • Collect invoices from Receiving area on a daily basis
    • Control prices, add logistical fees
    • Ensure that the right amount of credits are allocated to suppliers for short supplies, short dated stocks and price claims
    • Manage performance within area of responsibility
    • Ensure staff competence regarding the use of credits
    • Identify development needs and find ways to address these
    • Negotiate advertising to meet budget targets
    • Plan promotions according to seasonality of portfolio

    Qualifications

    Financial Assistant (Centurion)

    Job Objectives

    • Month-end reporting through general ledger summaries and ensuring all transactions are accurately captured by cost centre and respective regions.
    • Perform trend analysis between periods and identify reasons for variances;
    • Assisting with budgets.
    • Compiling of reports
    • Provide support in respect of any ad-hoc activities or projects as required by the business;
    • Daily processing and reconciliation of supplier invoices;
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and complete fixed asset registers;

    People Delivery Assistant - Centurion

    Job Objectives

    • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database, provides clerical support to the HR department
    • Compiling and updating HR documents as required.
    • Maintaining filing and recording all required administration on systems for reference and auditing purposes
    • Completion of monthly management en staff training attendance registers.
    • Completion of weekly reports and audits. 
    • Assist with ad hoc HR queries and duties (leave queries/pay queries/ employee benefits /HR related queries / headcount recon etc).

    Senior Group Compensation Execution Specialist

    Job Objectives

    • Maintain day-to-day activities related to package structuring, execution of employee compensation, and data administration to adhere to policies, procedures, and specified timelines.
    • Advise businesses and colleagues on status change requests, including package calculations, benefit allocations, and allowances, while collaborating with recruiters on appropriate package structures.
    • Managing the compensation execution aspects of the annual increase and bonus processes inclusive of distribution of letters.?
    • Review and monitor annual share allocations and their vesting processes.
    • Gather and verify the list of participants eligible for dividend payments, processing payment details, and loading dividend prices per share.
    • Collaborate with the Reward Solutions team to explore stakeholder engagement regarding any share scheme changes, inquiries, and options.
    • Develop effective relationships and maintain compliance with Share Scheme Administrators (Investec).
    • Investigate and approve car allowance extensions and other ad hoc compensation-related considerations.
    • Maintain adherence to compensation data standards throughout all processes.
    • Investigate and ensure adherence to governance structures, policies, processes, procedures, and frameworks within the Compensation Execution team.
    • Analyse risks related to Compensation Execution and develop appropriate mitigation plans to resolve potential issues.
    • Explore opportunities for integration and effective workflow with other solution areas and business functions.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field (essential).

    Experience

    • +4 years’ experience in a Senior Compensation Execution or equivalent role, delivering Compensation Execution and advisory services in an HR/Finance environment (essential).
    • Experience in the FMCG or retail sector is preferred.
    • Practical learning experiences are valued; candidates without a degree may be considered based on relevant experience and a proven track record in Compensation Execution best practices.
