    Sales Specialist, Risk Solutions

    Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

    • Seeks new business or new product sales through new account acquisition and / or penetration of new buyer hubs and delivers against target in assigned territory.
    • Encourages confidence in customers through domain expertise. Integrates knowledge of industry trends and personal experience to deliver value to customers.
    • Builds valuable connections within the client organization, using networks to facilitate introductions and unlock previously inaccessible opportunities.
    • Proactively thinks through customer workflows and how they can be impacted as a basis for solutions selling and cross-business deal making, to improve contract value.
    • Conducts high-efficiency, high-output prospecting; collaborates efficiently with lead-gen, account management, and other colleagues ensuring constant coverage of expansion opportunities and participation in customer life-cycle framework.
    • Excels in advancing opportunities through sales stages; exceeding close rate expectations by anticipating obstacles and late-stage delays, preventing them from interrupting sales.
    • Handles administrative requests such as proposals, benchmark calculators and salesforce related tasks to progress against sales goals at pace and with efficiency.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • College/ University degree or equivalent experience required.
    • 5+ years of industry, sales or market experience.
    • Deep market understanding including:
      • expert knowledge of financial market;
      • knowledge of relevant market;
      • strong understanding of customers' business model workflow.
    • Experience selling to C- level executives.
    • Entry point for other sales functions that do not carry individual targets or are non-quota bearing such as Customer Success.

    Digital Customer Success Manager (German Speaking)

    Role Responsibilities

    • Provide customers with a differentiated customer experience through a combination of digital and traditional CSM strategies, helping them to realise the full value of our Risk solutions.
    • Clearly define business outcomes and orchestrate a comprehensive success plan inclusive of customer objectives, stakeholders, achievements, risks and metrics needed to achieve them
    • Educate new customers on how to use our products with workflow specialization, content, and technologies in a manner that is tailored to their specific use-case
    • Monitor usage, health gauges, competitive landscape and any other relevant data to build a retention strategy
    • Find leads and connects with sales to work on growth opportunities
    • Bring in customer intelligence and feedback into LSEG CRM system
    • Ensures customers derive maximum value from their investment in LSEG services and solutions, apply all licenses and collaborate with other LSEG collaborator teams to ensure retention and growth
    • Build, maintain and bring to bear positive relationships with decision makers and users within each account to influence adoption.

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    • Proficiency in English; German language advantageous.
    • University degree or relevant work experience equivalent
    • Client Screening, PEP Classification, Sanctions and KYC Due Diligence in-depth knowledge desirable
    • Financial & Risk industry knowledge required – AML, Financial Crime market understanding including a) basic understanding b) knowledge of relevant c) strong understanding of customers' business model
    • Ability to map a customer’s business process to product capability
    • Strong ability to collaborate with internal operational and account management teams
    • Executive engagement skills with an ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with business decision makers
    • Experience facilitating customer meetings and addressing an audience in a concise, inspirational and convincing manner
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly- changing market
    • Proactive and positive attitude that has a "whatever it takes" approach to increase customer happiness

    As Sales Specialist in our Data & Feeds team will be accountable for structuring and closing deals to drive growth by:

    • Providing in-depth customer and market insights, to identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process
    • Driving our thought-leadership agenda by supporting community building
    • Being aware of all aspects of key competitors' offering, their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and developing strategies to be first on the market
    • Having a strong eye for business and commercial strategy
    • Proactively identifying pipeline opportunities
    • Delivering customer demonstrations of their specific propositions

    • 3-5 years of industry, sales or market experience
    • Experience in a quota bearing sales environment
    • Demonstrate great understanding of the financial markets and interest for technologies will make you kick start in the role. (Advantage Phyton, C++, APIs)
    • Passion for sales with hunting approach
    • Focus on results
    • Ability to build strong & productive relationships with clients at all levels
    • Persuasive written and verbal presentation skills will help to get your message across
    • Familiarity with the Refinitiv Enterprise Services is desirable

    Lead Research Analyst

    This role encompasses tasks related to:

    • Collecting, summarizing, analysing and synthesising facts in line with relevant criteria that serves as critical inputs in the crafting and maintenance of records.
