    Business Development Manager: Huawei (Cape Town) - Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Job Purpose:

    • To assist the Huawei Enterprise Team in growing business and opportunities by e.g., designing solutions based on the clients’ requirements, assisting with the tender processes and providing support (internal and external) to Huawei Enterprise customers, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • To assist the Huawei Enterprise Team in growing the run–rate business on the Huawei Enterprise Portfolio.

    Requirements

    Qualification and Experience:

    Pre-Technical Sales Support: Sustainable Energy (Cape Town) - Milnerton/Century City

    Job Purpose:

    • The Pre-technical Sales position provides pre-sales technical support to customers relevant to the sustainable energy as well as assisting sales department with related enquiries. The Pre-Technical Sales will also be responsible for confirming specifications on, inverters, batteries, solar panels and various accessories in the Sustainable Energy portfolio. Update specifications sheets and user manuals. Help present training to the sales force on the Sustainable Energy portfolio and attend various shows.

    Responsibilities:

    • Consult effectively on specific products and help with Bill of Materials for solar options based on the client’s requirements.
    • Visit local suppliers to discuss improvements or accompany external sales executives on visits to clients with the purpose of presenting/demonstrating specific products.
    • Conduct demonstrations or training of products and features in-house

    • Experience in working with batteries. Lead acid as well as lithium

    Stock Controller (Durban)

    Job Purpose:

    • To meticulously oversee the Incoming, Outgoing, Replenishment & Maintenance of KZN Stock.

    Responsibilities:

    Stock Handling

    • Drawing up of the stock count sheets & daily stock counts must be undertaken.
    • Stock locations must be periodically checked.
    • Stock discrepancies must be addressed daily.
    • Report any issues regarding stock discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
    • All credits must be reconned to ensure no mistakes were made in the credits process.  Credits must be assessed to ascertain if the stock spreadsheet needs to be updated.
    • Cancellations must be overseen & stock spreadsheet adjusted accordingly.
    • Drawing up of the truck schedule & recon stock & orders that are coming in.
    • Careful monitoring of mails.
    • Recon all mails to do with stock & orders.
    • Regular generating of stock reports to assess stock health, stock movement & stock aging.
    • Findings must be reported to Warehouse Manager as a matter of importance.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Technician: Printers (Cape Town)

    Job Purpose:

    • The Printer Technician is primarily responsible for servicing, maintaining, testing and repairing printers, in house and on-site. The Printer Technician also provides printer related technical support to customers on-site, over the phone or at the front desk. As and when necessary the Printer Technician assists with general technical repairs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete optimum number of printers per day according to specific discipline. Keep to a minimum of 4 completed jobs per day.
    • Complete work within turnaround time of two days.
    • Maintain work rate at above 90% of SLA.
    • Maintaining a rework rate of below 3%.
    • Follow the correct test process for international brands.
    • Log test results on the server (where needed).
    • Accept repairs on Studio immediately after removing the item from the customer store.
    • Follow up with clients awaiting feedback and update the notes on studio. Update the client on the job progress.
    • Return 100% of test stock to service stores within 2 days of receipt.
    • Capture maintenance 77 report for every printer.

    Requirements

    • N+ (Preferred)
    • 2 years’ experience in technical repairs (printers) and customer service preferred
    • Driver’s License (Preferred)
