    Creative Personal Assistant

    • Provide administrative support to the creative department To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

    Requirements:

    Role expectations:

    • Provides administrative support, exercising sensitivity, tact and diplomacy
    • Responsible for accurate record keeping, maintaining files, calendars and diaries
    • Proficient in arranging business travel, coordinating from beginning to end
    • Manage expense claims
    • Participates in the development and implementation of administrative standards, policies and practices
    • Required to assist on projects on an ad-hoc basis when needed within the team

    Mid-weight Copywriter

    Copywriting

    • Produce campaigns that have an instant and positive impact on the consumer in order to promote the product or brand being advertised.
    • Produce words and verbal content that accompanies the visual element of an advertising campaign in all kinds of media.
    • Write clear, concise and grammatically correct copy while paying very close attention to detail.
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of technical knowledge such as photography, typography, print, Mac skills Indesign & Illustrator etc to support their work.
    • Generate original copy ideas that meet the client's expectations.
    • Oversee campaigns through production stage to completion.
    • Work under pressure but always strive to meet tight deadline.
    • Go over and above and assist where required.

    Receive and Interpret briefs

    • Work closely with the art director to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client brief.
