    Product Manager Special Gases

    What you will enjoy doing

    • You will be responsible for the close and regular management and review of financial performance for PM’s portfolio by defining rules & limitations for business units on pricing and commercial decisions (incl supporting and challenging) by providing cost and product availability, market trend, etc. information
    • Management and regular review of the product life cycle for each product group with exit strategies where needed providing relevant data for the budgeting and financial forecast process with information related Growth and CAPEX will be required of you
    • You will lead the development and execution of commercialisation plans for new products of strategic importance to RAF scope to include packaged special gases, services & leveraging digital capability where applicable and taking responsibility for commercialisation via NPI process
    • Marketing strategy development and deployment of the product portfolio ensuring programmes are implemented in a timely manner to optimise market impact will be part of your role
    • Management of pricing including pricing authority and commercial offer definition in line with BCP.  Includes determining and implementing price increases and surcharges will be your responsibility
    • You will be responsible for the development of long-term sourcing strategies for relevant products, with associated effective ongoing management of effective vendor / key supplier relationships in conjunction with procurement
    • Furthermore, you will be required to do an evaluation of competitor activity including appraisal of product strategies, infrastructure, share position and cost position

    What makes you great

    • You possess a B-degree or equivalent with at least five to ten years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Key Customer management, Product development, management and Gas applications within Afrox or similar industry
    • You have proven leadership, negotiation, interpersonal and strong communication skills
    • Significant financial skills
    • Project management experience in multi-country and multi-business environment is essential
    • Problem solving and decision making, Strategic and tactical planning
    • Strong Understanding of Chemistry is required

    Continuous Improvement & Reporting Manager

    What you will enjoy doing

    • As the successful incumbent, you will identify areas for potential business improvements through continuous review and analysis of Best Operating Practices (BOP), Best Commercial Practices (BCP) and processes within the Business Management framework
    • The primary objective of this position is to ensure continuous process improvement and manage reporting within the Business Management Framework, enabling the routine delivery of exceptional business performance.  In addition, you will be responsible for pricing portfolio for RAF
    • You will develop and manage the information requirements for the Business Management portfolio
    • Managing analysis of data, to provide information that promotes continuous improvement efforts aligned to the strategic goals of Region Africa will be required
    • Documenting and executing process improvement and enhancement initiatives across the Business Management process stream impacting Region Africa will be part of your role
    • You will utilize performance management, problem solving and process methodology toolsets as well as training and influence skills to achieve specific change management objectives
    • Furthermore, you will manage the design, implementation and maintenance of SAP Security objects & role definitions for Business Management Processes

    • Ideally you will be qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant business or marketing qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience within a business process improvement environment, with emphasis on process robustness
    • You have relevant experience in a commercial, sales and/or marketing environment
    • You will have strong analytical and report development with proven track record of achievement and delivery of targets
    • A proven track record of successfully leading, facilitating and managing large, cross-functional, business process improvement (Operational Excellence) initiatives will be required
    • Minimum of 5 years of project management/management experience required

    Business Improvement Manager

    What you will enjoy doing

    • You will participate in strategic planning sessions, along with other members of management, to set goals for process improvement initiatives, drive & implement improvement initiatives & evaluate the success of implementation by monitoring metrics such as, employee satisfaction, productivity, and complaints from customers
    • Further you will lead and implement the consistent delivery of national sales contracts and compliance to commercial best practice processes in conjunction with the sales and product management teams and take ownership of audit & governance of commercial policy and standards relating to Best Commercial Practices for contracts
    • Deliver Salesforce process and system solutions for the applicable business units, collaborating with process owners and team members to deliver results in a timely manner
    • Oversee the preparation and distribution of customer related reports and dashboard visualizations within the organization and you will act as liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all involved work together to achieve the best results with data-driven solutions
    • Manage a team of data analysts responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data to various stakeholders in the organization
    • Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with the business community, understand their informational and operational needs while ensuring the business is informed of documented reporting policies

    What makes you great

    • You possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, process management or other related field or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 5 years proven and relevant experience in a commercial, sales, and/or legal environment, as well as experience leading process improvement initiatives
    • Strong proven track record of achievement and delivery of targets and excellent analytical skills
    • In addition, you must be able to demonstrable experience in leading projects and large-scale changes, with strong project management, change management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Contract Management Systems and SAP is required with a thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies
    • A keen eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures, would be a key advantage

    Site Supervisor

    What you will enjoy doing

    • As a site supervisor you will supervise the SHEQ processes in the inventory and production team of the Site to achieve safety targets, building commitment to sustain improvements in SHEQ and champion safety initiatives
    • You will ensure appropriate actions are implemented to address driver feedback, all TRO and Engineering Audit findings, outcomes from accidents, near miss investigations, ensuring safe handling and security of stock and assets
    • Ensuring all necessary actions are taken to maintain and retain an ISO9001 certification
    • You will participate in risk assessments on customer sites and driver routes, to ensure customer, driver, vehicle and product safety
    • Provision of inspirational leadership to and effectively supervise, the inventory and production team in a manner that meets all company HR standards, including assisting with the recruitment and induction of new employees
    • Furthermore, you will ensure performance management contracts are in place and are managed on an on-going basis
    • Adhering to ER policies, procedures and standards to ensure staff are trained and developed to meet the required competencies of the job (Licence to Work) on an on-going basis
    • You take ownership of customer service as measured by the Delivered in Full on Time (DIFOT), on the Shelf Availability (OTSA), and Replenished in Full on Time (RIFOT) measure, to ensure the company targets are met or exceeded

    What makes you great

    • You hold a Diploma in technical qualification or equivalent with five - ten years' experience in a relevant Management position in a production environment or filling/compresses gases experience
    • You have strong people management, leadership and interpersonal skills are required
