Purpose of the job:
The Industrial Quality Engineer position is to ensure the compliance of products and parts delivered by the Gibela facilities.
Responsible to create procedures that ensure quality compliance in services, products, and parts to the customer.
Perform inspections, checks, tests, audits, training and sampling procedures according to the applicable instructions on products ready for delivery and on products during the operations process. Recording associated results, KPI’s and NCR’s.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Industrial Quality scope in all Gibela Service Sites
- Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create and update Quality related procedures, protocol, and checklists.
- Continuously collaborate with Industrial teams on all quality control and operational risks topics.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To monitor and ensure compliance of the subcontractor with T&C Work Package commitments and EHS requirements for the given project
PERFORMANCE MEASURE
- No fatality nor severe accident related to project’s activities during test and commissioning processes
- To monitor and guarantee T&C Work Package completion within the required specified test boundaries as per the test and commissioning SOPs
- Ensure PI team members resolve T&C affecting failures safely and timeously, using the correct tools, to minimize downtime
- Ensure that a maximum of 2 faults are detected during dynamic commissioning phase (ideally zero)
- Always ensure good working relationship between PI teams members and TE testing staff
Responsibilities
- Managing/supervising PI team members as well as supervision of TE testing staff during fault finding when required.
