    Salesforce Senior Consultant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our growing consulting customer team. This role will be critical in helping our clients with transformation projects across various industries. You will play a pivotal role in understanding client business objectives, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and shaping Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable value. You will work closely with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and apply critical thinking to solve complex business challenges.
    • This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating new customer experiences that can be enabled by digital technologies like Salesforce. You will need a good understanding of Salesforce capabilities to advise clients on how they can leverage the platform to achieve their business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and industry context.
    • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, identify process optimizations, and define value cases.
    • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions and overcome challenges.
    • Capture, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
    • Translate business needs into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions while maintaining platform best practices.
    • Work in Agile delivery environments, defining and grooming product backlog, collaborating with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Provide insights on Salesforce innovations and industry trends, advising clients on how to maximize their investment in the platform.
    • Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Design and prepare client demos to showcase platform capabilities in the client context.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of  business analysis experience in a consulting environment.
    • Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,
    • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong Agile delivery experience, with the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced teams.
    • Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and engaging stakeholders.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
    • Ability to translate business challenges into practical Salesforce solutions.
    • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing is a plus

    Salesforce Technical Lead - Manager

    Key responsibilities:

    • Accountable for the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions, ensuring best development practices.
    • Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Provide hands-on development expertise, including Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
    • Drive DevOps best practices, leveraging tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or other DevOps tools to streamline development and deployment processes.

    • Salesforce Certifications: App Builder, Platform Dev I and II, Javascript, Architect certifications a plus
    • Experience with DevOps tools for CI/CD and release management.
    • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration patterns.
    • Candidate should have a track record of delivering successfully Salesforce technology implementations projects
    • Consulting Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Critical thinking. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in delivering project phases from conception to deployment is essential.
    • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, coach, and manage technical teams.

    • We're searching for a passionate and skilled EPM Consultant who will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that align with their strategic goals. 

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on EPM solutions.

    Legal Manager (Tax & Legal)

    Job Description

    • The Legal Manager supports the Tax & Legal business area leadership in the implementation of the strategic plan through the effective management of team/s. Build high-performing teams to deliver in client engagements. Translate broader strategy into a compelling team vision and goals.  Applies deep knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement.  

    The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

    • Drafting of tax Legal Documents
    • Managing and advising clients on tax dispute matters
    • Liaising with SARS on matters
    • Onboarding and billings of clients

    Core Professional Technical Capabilities

    • Core understanding and practical experience of the Tax Administration Act
    • Good working knowledge of the Tax Dispute Rules including the Tax Board, ADR, Tax Court Rules and Settlement provisions
    • Understanding of the Income Tax Act and Value Added Tax Acts
    • Understanding of the Custom Excise Act
    • Previous experience with Voluntary Disclosure Program will be advantageous
    • Delivery excellence - Develops a network of internal and external contacts within the organization to facilitate the sharing/retrieving of information and providing assistance to clients
    • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving - Effectively organizes and presents complex issues, results, and recommendations to management and clients
