    BTL & Sponsorship Manager

    Purpose

    • The Heineken BTL & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for bringing the Heineken brand strategy to life in the real world, leading the development and execution of best-in-class BTL, experiential, event and sponsorship activation across priority consumer touchpoints and trade channels.
    • The role owns the end-to-end activation journey — from translating brand strategy into activation plans, through agency briefing, production and partner management, to flawless in-market execution and evaluation.
    • The role is accountable for ensuring Heineken shows up distinctively, consistently and brilliantly, driving brand power, recruitment, trial, engagement, conversion and premiumisation. Sponsorships are managed as strategic activation platforms to maximise consumer engagement, brand impact and commercial value.

    Key responsibilities:

    BTL Strategy & Activation Leadership

    • Lead Heineken's annual BTL and activation agenda, aligned to brand and commercial priorities.
    • Translate brand strategy and campaigns into impactful activation programmes across priority channels, occasions and consumer touchpoints.
    • Identify opportunities to drive recruitment, trial, engagement, conversion and premiumisation through BTL and experiential activity.
    • Establish activation standards and playbooks that deliver consistent, scalable and distinctive Heineken execution.

    Activation Delivery & Execution Excellence

    • Own the end-to-end delivery of BTL activations, events, experiential platforms and visibility programmes from brief through to execution and evaluation.
    • Ensure every activation meets high standards of brand expression, consumer experience, production quality, timing and budget.
    • Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales to maximise execution quality and commercial impact in market.
    • Conduct regular market and activation visits, proactively identifying and resolving execution gaps and opportunities.
    • Drive continuous improvement by capturing and sharing activation best practice.

    Sponsorship & Event Activation

    • Manage Heineken's local and global sponsorship and event portfolio in line with brand priorities and consumer passion points.
    • Convert sponsorship rights and assets into compelling consumer experiences, maximising participation, visibility, content and commercial opportunities.
    • Build strong relationships with rights holders, partners and internal stakeholders to unlock long-term value.
    • Partner effectively with the internal Events & Sponsorship team to ensure aligned planning and execution.

    Agency, Supplier & Partner Management

    • Lead BTL, experiential and production agencies and suppliers to deliver best-in-class activation and execution.
    • Provide clear, inspiring briefs and challenge partners to raise creative and executional standards.
    • Hold agencies and supplirs accountable for quality, timelines, budgets, innovation and delivery.
    • Manage the wider production ecosystem effectively, resolving issues quickly and maintaining strong partner relationships.

    Budget, Governance & Performance

    • Own the BTL and sponsorship budget, ensuring effective investment, financial discipline and cost optimisation.
    • Define and monitor KPIs covering execution, consumer engagement, brand and commercial impact.
    • Lead post-activation reviews and apply learnings to improve future performance.
    • Ensure all activity meets company governance, legal, procurement and responsible alcohol marketing requirements.

    Team Leadership & Capability

    • Lead, coach and develop the Heineken BTL & Sponsorship team (2 direct reports) to deliver activation and execution excellence.
    • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, pace, innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Build organisational capability through activation playbooks, standards and best-practice sharing.

    Experience and Skills

    • 7+ years' relevant experience in BTL, experiential marketing, activation, events or sponsorships, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods or an agency environment.
    • Proven experience in end-to-end activation delivery, including production and on-the-ground execution across all trade channels.
    • Experience managing agencies, suppliers, partners and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
    • Experience managing budgets and delivering against brand and commercial objectives.

    Marketing Manager Savanna

    Purpose of the role

    • Lead the profitable and sustainable growth of Savanna by setting a clear brand vision, translating strategy into integrated commercial action and mobilising teams, agencies and cross-functional partners behind shared outcomes.
    • The Marketing Manager is accountable for strengthening Savanna's leadership in South Africa, building the brand for long-term global relevance and leading the innovation and renovation agenda across product, pack, experience and new growth spaces.

    • Align consumer activity, trade programmes, promotional choices, availability, visibility, assortment and execution standards.
    • Develop a clear store-back and outlet execution playbook across on-trade, off-trade, fragmented trade and e-commerce.
    • Track regional, channel, customer and store-level performance and lead action to close execution or performance gaps.
    • Ensure the brand agenda supports customer growth through high-velocity packs, relevant occasions and compelling value creation.

    Brand profitability and resource stewardship

    • Own the brand income statement and make choices that maximise sustainable revenue, margin and return on investment without compromising long-term brand equity.
    • Manage A&P, operating expenditure and capital requirements with disciplined prioritisation, forecasting and control.
    • Identify margin-enhancing opportunities across cost of goods, mix, pack-price architecture, revenue management, promotional effectiveness and portfolio choices.
    • Evaluate the incremental impact and return of major initiatives, stop or reshape low-value activity and reallocate resources to the strongest growth opportunities.
    • Partner with Finance and Revenue Management to maintain a commercially robust growth plan and transparent performance outlook.

    Innovation and renovation leadership

    • Own the Savanna innovation ambition and pipeline, balancing core brand renovation, adjacent growth and breakthrough opportunities.
    • Use consumer insight, category foresight, occasions, unmet needs and competitive analysis to define opportunity spaces within and beyond the bottle.
    • Lead cross-functional innovation squads across Insights, Product Development, Packaging, Supply, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, Sales and Trade Marketing.
    • Guide projects from opportunity definition and concept development through validation, business case, stage-gate decisions, launch and post-launch learning.
    • Ensure innovation is distinctive to Savanna, incrementally grows the portfolio, is operationally feasible and has a clear route to scale.
    • Lead renovations, pack upgrades and phase-in/phase-out planning with disciplined implementation and minimal write-offs.
    • Maintain a balanced pipeline across near-term delivery, medium-term platforms and longer-term growth bets.

    Governance, reputation and responsible marketing

    • Ensure all brand activity meets legal, regulatory, responsible marketing, procurement and corporate governance requirements.
    • Protect Savanna's reputation through strong issue anticipation, stakeholder alignment, approval discipline and appropriate response planning.
    • Maintain clear project governance, decision records, risk visibility and leadership communication across major initiatives.

    Sales Representative - Empangeni (KZN)

    Purpose of the Job:

    • To sell and promote Heineken Beverages' Brand portfolio by creating brand awareness and building brands in line with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have to reside in either Hluhluwe or Hlabisa.

    P2P Admin Consultant

    • The P2P Admin Consultant forms part of a team within the Finance and Administration Team who are responsible for providing on-going support to the Procurement system. This role would include Accounts Payable and Coupa system support . This role is responsible for providing an efficient service to all employees and suppliers enquiring through the Helpdesk.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Execution and Optimization:

    • Deliver effective execution of the Coupa platform to support business operational needs.
    • Record and implement approved improvements to optimize Source to Pay (S2P) functionality.

    Help Desk Development:

    • The successful candidates will report to the respective Team Leader.

    PM Technician I

    You will be required to do the following:

    • Knowledge of wiring diagrams
    • Reading and understanding of electrical drawings in a plant environment
