    Data Scientist

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting the marketing and growth teams’ BI, data and reporting needs
    • Building and editing reports in Qlikview, QlikSense & Tableau
    • Setting up and maintaining automated operational and financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
    • Analysis of customer, digital marketing and product data and providing ad-hoc reports
    • Data mining when needed to discover root causes or changes in marketing, customer or growth key performance metrics.
    • Facilitating and/or setting up of reports that can be used to report on in various management and business review forums
    • Working closely with all of the teams to understand their data and BI needs.
    • Facilitating access to the required data and also striving to make access to information as seamless as possible.
    • Extracting data currently not available through our standardised BI tools.
    • Transforming, cleaning and monitoring accuracy of data (performing regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of data/metrics).
    • Ensuring data is extracted, stored and updated in a cost effective & sustainable way.
    • Providing necessary training to team members on the usage of tools/reports
    • Analysing data and providing insights in an appropriate and easy to understand manner

    Attributes required:

    • You have a track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to distill the conclusions of findings form large data sets in easy to understand and to the point reports

    • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders expectations
    • Focused on getting the job done, yet having fun doing so
    • Taking ownership and displaying accountability in the work required of you
    • There must be a keen interest in e-commerce, and even better the gig economy

    Your experience and qualifications:

    • You have a degree in the related fields of computer science, engineering, statistics or mathematics.
    • You have experience working with big sets of data
    • You have worked in the field of BI and data for 1+ years
    • Experience drawing raw data and creating dashboards
    • You have knowledge of reporting platforms - QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau
    • Advanced SQL/Google Big Query
    • Python and or R knowledge are certainly an advantage
    • A working knowledge of data science tools and methodologies are an advantage
    • Previous experience analysing digital marketing and product data (Firebase, Google Analytics, Adwords) an advantage.
    • Previous experience analysing customer transaction behaviour an advantage

    Programme Director (Automation Testing)

    Summary

    Lead and coordinate the end to end testing and user acceptance testing of solutions developed by the team, ensuring that the required quality standards are met.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain and execute a testing strategy for solution end to end and user acceptance testing.
    • Set and continually manage testing expectations with project managers, scrum masters, testing teams and other stakeholders.
    • Support multiple agile and waterfall delivery teams with test planning and test execution.
    • Provide strategic guidance on the creation and on-going development of an automated testing framework for system, regression and user acceptance testing and manage and control the successful implementation thereof.
    • Establish and execute a standardised testing management and defect fix tracking solution.
    • Organize and lead initiatives to improve test processes and extend the use of testing tools / frameworks.
    • Co-ordinate the use and maintenance of test environments ensuring best practices for data quality and consistency.
    • Clearly identify testing stakeholders and keep them updated and engaged on an ongoing basis.
    • Co-ordinate the user acceptance testing by multiple regional stakeholder teams.
    • Analyse programme testing deliverables and where required, ensure that corrective action is taken.
    • Resolve programme testing issues.
    • Prepare executive testing status reports for business stakeholders.
    • Drive continuous improvement of best practices and tools for testing execution and management.

    Skills

    • Excellent understanding of the organisation’s goals and objectives.
    • Extensive testing experience with the organisation’s Tier One software applications.
    • Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and delivery processes (including waterfall and agile methodologies).
    • A proven track record of system testing including an understanding of testing techniques and methods.
    • Detailed knowledge of both manual and automated testing approaches.

    Release Train Engineer

    Summary

    The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) role that manages and co-ordinates an Agile Release Train (ART). The RTE's major responsibilities are to facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. RTEs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) using the applicable tools and other information sources.
    • Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
    • Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings.
    • Facilitate the PI planning event and associated preparation activities.
    • Consolidate PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.
    • Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
    • Facilitate periodic ART synchronisation meetings.
    • Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics.
    • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
    • Help manage risks and dependencies and escalate and track impediments.
    • Encourage collaboration between teams.
    • Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
    • Facilitate System and Solution Demos.
    • Help drive and improve the Program Management Office (PMO) on program execution and operational excellence.
    • Drive continuous improvement within RTE function.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years project management experience and 2+ years of RTE / Scrum Master experience.
    • Thorough understanding of the scaled agile framework development methodology (SAFe)..
    • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
    • Understanding of the organisation's development platforms and languages.
    • Ability to understand technical issues.
