Ecommerce Manager at Netcash

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role shall be to drive revenue growth by strategically implementing complete online sales and eCommerce business development plans/strategies with current and prospective clients.

Job Description and Key Accountabilities:

• Develop eCommerce revenue growth strategies;
• Utilize and implement marketing and industry specific analysis to identify trends to assist eCommerce growth strategy.
• Building external networks through Partner programs to promote and sell the Netcash offering.
• Build solid business relationships with current and prospective clients so that Netcash is recognized as the go-to eCommerce service enabler.
• To provide the relevant stakeholders/partners with direction, being the go-to individual for support and assistance for any stage of the implementation process with the client.
• To oversee, support and manage (in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders) all technical requirements for eCommerce, so that client needs for their online business platforms are met, and Netcash service offerings maximized.
• To keep focus on the Netcash business plan in relation to growing its market share in the eCommerce space.
• To formulate budgets (in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders) to plan for e-marketing expenditures.

• A strong understanding of the fintech industry and social media content management/marketing
• Ecommerce methodologies and framework practices

Excellent experience and understanding of:

• Ad tech
• Google Analytics
• SEO
• Magento
• WooCommerce
• Payment Gateways
• Relevant development languages (PHP, HTML5, JAVA)

Qualifications, Experience, and Job Requirement:

• Relevant tertiary degree/diploma in field;
• Atleast 6-8 years’ experience in eCommerce dealing with:
• Building and managing eCommerce strategies/methodologies/frameworks to meet revenue targets;
• Assessing operational needs/requirements and best practices in eCommerce management to assist implementation processes;
• Managing internal and external partners/stakeholders in relation to meeting client eCommerce needs and expectations;
• Digital marketing activities/strategy;
• Strong knowledge of Web/Google Analytics;
• Strong project management capabilities;
• Familiarity in developing and managing eBusiness functions enterprise practices and framework procedures.
