    Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

    • This role is responsible for leading the group’s budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis processes, providing strategic insights that support informed decision-making and long-term value creation.
    • The successful candidate will oversee financial planning across schools, central functions and support divisions, while strengthening financial visibility, governance and data integrity.
    • The role combines commercial insight with strong technical capability, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and performance reporting.     Key performance areas

    • Plan and manage administration, including lesson planning and assessment of outcomes, record-keeping, parent and learner meetings, overseeing student teachers and leading assemblies when required
    • Manage the classroom, including classroom design and set-up for optimal performance, disciplinary rules and communication with learners and parents
    • Observe and record learner behaviour daily and manage feedback to parents and management as well as problem areas
    • Plan and manage extramural activities and aftercare, including homework

    Qualifications, experience and skills

    • Diploma in ECD or an equivalent (minimum NQF level 6)
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as an ECD assistant
    • Knowledge of the CAPS curriculum
    • Proven facilitation, problem-solving and report-writing skills  
    • Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills
    • Willing and able to work extended hours
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • SACE-registered
    • Clear criminal record

    Assist the teacher to

    • Perform teaching duties, including planning and overseeing activities (inside and outside the classroom), mealtimes, hygiene, break times, sleep time, teaching materials and concerts
