Overall Job Purpose:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Phase In Phase Out (PIPO)
- Operations management of the existing and new qualifications on PIPO.

- Ensure all faculty board approvals are timeously updated on the PIPO tracker (where applicable).

- The Senior People & Culture Specialist position plays a vital role in supporting the human resources function within the organization. The position is responsible for implementing People & Culture policies and procedures, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and administration. Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
- Advertise jobs (all vacancies for full/part-time employees and contractors) internally and externally.
