    Chief Financial Officer

    Job Description

    • To provide strategic oversight and direction of the Finance department to deliver longer term organisational objectives in line with regulatory and legal parameters.
    • The incumbent is primarily accountable for the preparation and implementation of the organisation’s financial strategy, reporting, policies, and financial controls framework to ensure the achievement of institution wide financial objectives, controls, and stability.

    DELIVERABLES

    • Develop, plan and oversee the execution of the integrated financial strategy to minimise financial risk

    Patient Services Manager

    Job Description

    • To plan, organize and execute the revenue cycle management at a hospital facility.
    • The incumbent manages a team of specialist that contribute to hospital finances through accurate billing and risk mitigation processes.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Relevant Bachelor's degree.
    • Registered Nurse.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in private healthcare.
    • Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills along with excellent customer service skills.
    • Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without loss of efficiency or composure.
    • Must be computer literate.

    • Lead and drive the accurate and business billing process to ensure Patient Services metric targets are achieved.
    • Analyse data trends relating to rejections and short payments.
    • Ensure all files requested and utilized are in accordance with CHG standards.

    Registered Nurse Maternity

    Job Description

    Job Summary:

    • The Registered Nurse will promote and deliver quality patient care and wellness in accordance with industry standards and to execute Nursing duties within the standards, procedures and protocols set down by the South African Nursing Council and Scope of Practice.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Supervise, organize, lead and control quality of care work for self and the team adhering to therapeutic standards and goals.
    • Actively participate in internal and external auditing processes, for example DOH, National core standards, SHERQ, SANC and Risk Audit.
    • Document and maintain accurate files and records of patient medication and conduct ward rounds including accompanying Doctors and other Medical Practitioners for creating and evaluating customized care plans including implementing.
    • Monitor activities of nurses to ensure compliance with protocols, security and safety of patient environment, Group Nursing policies and procedures, SANC requirements on findings through regular unit rounds.
    • Take responsibility for activities specifically related to midwifery which include – Act as lead health professional and contact for the expecting mother, provide full antenatal care, identify high risk pregnancies, monitor and support expecting mothers during labour and the birthing process, teach new and expectant mothers how to feed, care for and bathe their babies and understand the emotional, physical, and psychological process of pregnancy and birth.

    Registered Nurse Medical Ward

    Job Summary:

    • To plan, monitor, coordinate and oversee the Unit’s operations and processes to ensure quality patient care and the overall running of the unit including but not limited to managing the ward clerks, RN, EN and ENA’s roles and responsibilities.
