    Software Developer

    In this role you will be working with cross functional teams focused on .Net development, DB development and testing, and, you will be responsible for the planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Systems Analysis and Design
    • Conducting design sessions with technical leads and developers, performing high-level investigations, analysis & designs for solutions to meet challenging business needs.
    • Safeguard our Architecture
    • Identifying and driving initiatives to improve our software at a product and system-wide level.
    • Working in collaborative environment
    • Collaborating with various parts of the business, we are immersed in the teams.
    • Innovation
    • Identify and research technologies that could improve our software, identify opportunities for growth or improvement & propose potential solutions, proving value to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Three-year IT or relevant qualification (preferred).
    • Understanding of various Software Methodologies.
    • Experience in a technology used extensively throughout our system, e.g. SQL, C#, .NET, web services.

    Technical Writer Level 1

    As a Technical Writer, you’ll be a key member of the product development team. Your day-to-day would include crafting user-friendly wording for our software, creating how-to guides and tutorials for users, and acting as the voice of the team to send communications and update users on the latest features and releases.

    Think you’ve got what it takes? Here are the key requirements for the role:

    • 1 - 3 years writing experience, software experience, or similar
    • Writing courses or similar, or a graduate qualification
    • Detail orientation and a sharp eye
    • Excellent knowledge of writing principles
    • Demonstrated technical and copywriting skills
    • Well-spoken and strong communication skills
    • Previous experience in technology and software is an advantage

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Work alongside the development team
    • Research rules, software functionality, and standards
    • Create in-app wording for the software products
    • Create technical documentation and release notes
    • Manage support tasks and provide user assistance
    • Create training content (written tutorials, videos)
    • Send out communications and updates
    • Contribute to process improvement

    Talent Acquisition Specialist Level 1

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have a passion and drive to help us fulfil the future hiring needs of our business.  Working in a global environment you will be instrumental in ensuring we get the right people into the right roles whilst providing an excellent candidate experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand and input to the recruitment strategy, ensuring the proactive sourcing and attraction of the best talent in the industry.
    • Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers for writing job advertisements for open roles
    • Partner with hiring managers to create role profiles that reflect the requirements for each position
    • Advertise job ads on relevant job boards, careers pages and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
    • Sourcing candidates via online platforms including LinkedIn
    • Participate in relevant career events and job fairs to develop our employer brand and attract talent
    • Arrange and coordinate interviews and selection tests
    • Screen applications and update candidates on the hiring processes
    • Interview candidates through various stages of recruitment
    • Provide interview feedback as needed
    • Carry out internal recruitment training as required
    • Report to the Global Talent Manager on the status of open jobs

    Requirements

    • Prior experience within Talent Acquisition for a global business, ideally within the tech industry.
    • Experience organizing selection tests including technical assessments, IQ/EQ and psychometric tests
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Experience hiring at all levels
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
    • Strong Team-player
    • Willing to travel
    • A genuine love of recruitment!
