    Talent Acquisition Specialist Level 1

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have a passion and drive to help us fulfil the future hiring needs of our business.  Working in a global environment you will be instrumental in ensuring we get the right people into the right roles whilst providing an excellent candidate experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand and input to the recruitment strategy, ensuring the proactive sourcing and attraction of the best talent in the industry.
    • Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers for writing job advertisements for open roles
    • Partner with hiring managers to create role profiles that reflect the requirements for each position
    • Advertise job ads on relevant job boards, careers pages and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
    • Sourcing candidates via online platforms including LinkedIn
    • Participate in relevant career events and job fairs to develop our employer brand and attract talent
    • Arrange and coordinate interviews and selection tests
    • Screen applications and update candidates on the hiring processes
    • Interview candidates through various stages of recruitment
    • Provide interview feedback as needed
    • Carry out internal recruitment training as required
    • Report to the Global Talent Manager on the status of open jobs

    Requirements

    • Prior experience within Talent Acquisition for a global business, ideally within the tech industry.
    • Experience organizing selection tests including technical assessments, IQ/EQ and psychometric tests
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Experience hiring at all levels
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
    • Strong Team-player
    • Willing to travel
    • A genuine love of recruitment!
