    HR Administrator (North West)

    Description

    • Prepare, distribute, and file employment-related correspondence including appointment, promotion, and salary adjustment letters. Ensure all documentation is properly signed, stored, and maintained in employee files according to company processes and confidentiality standards.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews, book venues, assist with psychometric and medical assessments, conduct pre-employment checks, and update the vacancy tracker to keep recruitment information current and accurate.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding activities by capturing employee details accurately on Sage, submitting correct and complete documents to payroll, and ensuring all transactions are processed within required timelines.
    • Assist with printing and distributing payslips and coordinating medical aid and pension/provident fund documentation.
    • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure accurate processing of HR payments, resolve queries, and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
    • Coordinate HR-related meetings by booking venues, preparing documents, arranging catering and technology, distributing agendas, and taking and circulating minutes when required.
    • Perform general administrative and ad hoc HR tasks by following instructions, understanding priorities, completing work accurately, and requesting feedback to improve efficiency.
    • Conduct monthly and quarterly checks to verify the accuracy of employee data and records on Sage and eFiling, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and correctly filed.

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
    • B Tech or BCom in HR / Behavioural Sciences Management / Organisational Psychology or similar
    • Driver’s license
    • 3+ Years’ work experience in HR Administration

    Maintenance & Amp; Engineering Planner (Northern Cape - Postmasburg)

    Description

    • Complete engineering and maintenance planning by developing plans aligned with the work management process and departmental priorities, ensuring optimal asset utilisation and cost-effectiveness, monitoring adherence to plans, and escalating non-compliance within specified deadlines.
    • Prepare and submit planning adherence schedules and departmental reports by collecting relevant data, aligning findings with maintenance and work plans, and compiling reports using defined templates within required timelines.
    • Implement new methodologies and technologies by participating in relevant training, applying learnings in operational planning, monitoring outcomes, and providing feedback on successes and areas for improvement within agreed deadlines.
    • Manage ordering of required spares and materials by receiving requisitions, processing orders through the procurement system, tracking delivery timelines, and ensuring receipt and availability in stores as per planning requirements. 
    • Ensure effective implementation of SHE by delivering comprehensive training, completing training programs, and addressing any identified gaps or non-compliance.
    • Monitor SHE performance by establishing clear standards, ensuring timely completion of monitoring activities, and resolving issues within defined deadlines.
    • Maintain ongoing SHE compliance by reviewing current practices, identifying deviations, and correcting them within established timelines.

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
    • N3 or N4 or relevant qualification
    • Relevant trade test certificate
    • Diploma or related in Engineering, Planning, Project management or similar
    • 5+ years maintenance planning in a work management process and operations environment

    Process Controller Gr 2 (Mpumalanga - Secunda)

    Description

    • Monitor production processes by adhering to defined procedures, conducting visual inspections of equipment and operations, identifying discrepancies, reporting issues to the foreman, and completing daily administrative tasks.
    • Complete shift handovers by compiling accurate shift information, documenting key updates, and communicating effectively with the incoming process controller as required. 
    • Conduct basic fault finding by inspecting equipment and processes, identifying and reporting faults, and preparing equipment for maintenance in accordance with operational requirements. 
    • Pre-commission, Commission, De-commission and Safe making of chemical equipment and systems in the process.
    • Quality check in the process by taking samples and analyse the product. 
    • Take final product sample to the laboratory to be analysed.
    • Conduct safety inspecting, on safety equipment in the plant and on the equipment.
    • Comply with established processes through accurate implementation, continuous process awareness, and timely resolution of any areas of concern.
    • Propose process improvements by identifying opportunities, presenting recommendations to the line manager, and supporting suggestions with relevant information and insights.
    • Actively contribute to company-driven activities and consistently demonstrate the values in all professional interactions.

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent with English, Mathematics and Science. 
    • QCTO Process Controller Certificate. 
    • 3+ years process control within mining or explosives industry.
    • 3+ years manufacturing processes and techniques.
    • Driver's License.
