    Office Assistant/Cleaner

    Job Overview:

    • We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Assistant/Cleaner to join our team. The role will primarily involve maintaining a clean and organised office space, as well as providing administrative support to the office staff.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cleaning and maintaining the office premises, including  dusting, mopping, and cleaning communal areas
    • Ensuring that all areas are kept neat and tidy at all times
    • Monitoring and replenishing supplies like milk, sugar, tea, coffee and cleaning materials
    • Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
    • Running errands as required
    • Ensuring that the boardroom is ready when clients visit the office for meetings
    • Providing general support to office staff as needed
    • Preparing and serving tea, coffee and water to staff and clients, often during meetings
    • Assisting with general cleaning duties, such as cleaning the office vehicles from time to time

    Qualifications:

    • Matric certificate
    • Previous experience in a professional office setting
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills

    HR Administrator

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for handling various HR-related tasks and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department.
    • The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of HR practices, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with day-to-day HR administration and record-keeping
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
    • Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel files
    • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and compliance documentation
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department and management

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Human Resources Management (essential)
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Previous HR administration experience will be an advantage
    • MIE portals will also be an advantage but not a requirement.
