    Integration Developer

    Job Description:

    • To design, build, and support enterprise integration solutions that enable seamless data and system connectivity across the organisation. The Integration Developer will leverage IBM Cloud Pak for Integration and IBM App Connect to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations aligned to digital transformation strategy.

    Experience:

    • Practical experience in middleware technologies. Excellent fundamental understanding of integration principles and practices.
    • Should have a good understanding of REST fundamentals and API design best practices. Also, good knowledge of API development and critical security concepts. This should include but not be limited to Microservices, SOA. Must have exposure to API gateways and managers.

    Project Manager (D365 - ERP Implementation)

    • We are seeking a specialist D365 ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead a critical modernisation journey for our client in the Financial services sector. As they move through the Build and Test phase, you will be responsible for orchestrating the transition from solution configuration to a successful go-live and hypercare. This role is pivotal in ensuring a scalable, standardized operating model with minimal business disruption.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Integrated Planning: Develop and maintain the master project plan, managing the critical path, resource allocation, and cross-workstream dependencies.
    • Partner & Vendor Management: Drive implementation partner delivery against contractual commitments, managing escalations and ensuring quality of deliverables.
    • End-to-End Testing & Data: Own the strategy for SIT and UAT cycles, defect triage governance, and data migration iterations.
    • Governance & RAID: Lead project governance forums (Steering Committee/Working Groups) and maintain rigorous control over Risks, Issues, Actions, and Dependencies.
    • Cutover & Go-Live: Manage the deployment checklist, transition to operations, and the hypercare support model.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 8–10 years in Project Management, with at least 3–5 years specifically leading ERP implementations.
    • D365 Proven Track Record: Must have led at least one end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/Operations) rollout through to hypercare.
    • Methodology: Expert knowledge of structured implementation frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Success by Design, Sure Step, or Hybrid Agile).
    • Functional Knowledge: Strong grasp of core ERP processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
    • Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 is required. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are a significant advantage.
