    Business Development Specialist

    Duties & responsibilities 

    • Pick up potential lost opportunities from attendees to webinars, events and other lead generation channels 
    • Drive “new” customer acquisition growth by making outbound calls & doing outreach campaigns to prospective businesses 
    • Qualify opportunities – Qualify all sales opportunities provided via lead generation channels and provide regular feedback on the performance of leads 
    • Account management – work closely with Business Development Managers in the handover 
    • Target – Responsible for achievement of monthly/ quarterly new business targets for meetings 
    • CRM and pipeline management – Track all calls and communications in CRM as well as manage all sales pipeline tracking and target reporting 
    • KPIs – qualifying on-profile Clients & booking meetings as directed Marketing Lead Background & Experience 

    Skills Required

    • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a SaaS B2B sales role. 
    • A background in Sales of ERP and Accounting Software (example Sage) beneficial 
    • Proven experience within the professional services sales arena securing meetings through outbound activity ranging from warm leads to cold outreach within in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) framework 
    • Strong English written ability and excellent business communication skills is essential.
    • Experience of working with CRM databases (ex Hubspot or Netsuite). 
    • Be organised and self-aware, consistently following up on leads and planning ahead. 
    • Target driven and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. 
    • A good understanding of LinkedIn Sales Nav will be beneficial 
    • Background in technology sales, international exposure, and consulting will be hugely desirable

    Nightshift 2nd Line Support Technician

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for traditional 2nd line duties including (but not limited to) desktop support, server support, live meeting management (Teams), kit procurement, equipment configuration (Phones and Laptops) etc.
    • Delivery of high level of Customer Service always tall levels of staff, up tDirectors.

    Skills & Experience Required

    Digital Marketing Coordinator

    Purpose of role

    • To support the department leader by carrying out a range of marketing, design, and organizational tasks. You will be working as part of a team with designers, social media, and content teams to implement creative campaigns, written communications, and customer retention activities. This role will also support the internal stakeholders with central and local, online, digital, and social media marketing requirements. Additionally, you will conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report key findings. It is important to be efficient, organized, and meticulous in all tasks.

    Business Development Representative (BDR) – Offshoring Solutions

    • As a Business Development Representative, you will be directly engaging with the CEO’s and C-suite level profiles of European and UK businesses.
    • The objective of the role is to qualify and convert leads through a structured discovery process and book meetings for yourself and the Relationship Directors and progress prospects through a structured buyers journey. In addition to the provision of leads developed from the support of Potentiam's Marketing team you will also develop and assigned set of target accounts via an Account Based Marketing strategy.

    • This role will suit a target-driven & commercially savvy sales professional with a B2B sales background and a consultative selling approach. You need to be comfortable engaging with corporate clients at a variety of levels up to and including C-Suite.
    • Consultative Sales Experience.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales role.
    • Proven experience within the professional services sales arena securing meetings through effective consultative selling.
    • Ability to articulate complex concepts in simple succinct terms.
    • Strong English written ability and excellent business communication skills is essential.
    • Experience of operating within an Account Based Marketing framework
    • Experience of working with CRM databases, ideally Hubspot.
    • Be commercially aware and able to deliver profitable proposals that meet internal guidelines.
