    DJI (Drones) Solutions Engineer

    Job Description

    • As a DJI Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting DJI drone solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs. You will also provide technical support and training to customers to ensure the successful implementation and operation of our drone solutions.

    Primary Objectives:

    • Collaborate with sales team to gather customer requirements and design customized drone solutions
    • Develop and implement drone solutions using DJI technology, including flight planning, data processing, and integration with other software systems
    • Provide technical support to customers during the implementation and operation of drone solutions
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on how to use DJI drones effectively
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest DJI technology and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to customers
    • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our drone solutions and generate new business opportunities
    • Work with product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving DJI drone technology and software

    Qualifications:

    • Matric
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in the design and implementation of DJI drone solutions

    Job Requirements

    • Matric
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience with DJI drone technology and software, such as DJI FlightHub, DJI Terra, and DJI Pilot
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards for drone operations

    Sales Consultant SMB

    Job Description
    The main purpose of the job is to maintain and grow the Rectron client base through promoting and selling the full Rectron product range.

    • Work with allocated dealer base that is assigned.
    • Grow this database on a monthly basis in line with target given.
    • Achieve GP target on set Database
    • Achieve target spend across customer breadth given.
    • Assisting all customers with queries, quotes and orders.
    • Managing dealer base to ensure customers are up to date with specials and promotions
    • Informing the database of new content uploaded on the reseller portal where relevant
    • Build good relationships with your clients
    • Escalate problematic issues to the Sales or Product Managers timeously
    • Selling key components as required by management or PM
    • Complete all allocated Product training as necessary
    • Send all orders timeously through to order processing
    • Manage Database of Credit availability and highlight problems to accounts department.
    • Assist with other job related duties as and when required
    • General admin and upkeep of database
    • General update and maintenance of all admin and filing
    • Represent Rectron at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
    • Attend product training programmes and study and know the relevant product range.
    • Attend product related and sales events when requested

    Internal Account Manager – Evar

    Job Description

    • The role of the Internal Account Manager – Evar is to ensure that the sales process is managed from the initial enquiry through to delivery.  You are responsible for ensuring that all quotes are done timeously, orders processed, all queries dealt with and resolved with feedback to the partner.  You will be required to manage the team pipeline daily with regular updates given to stakeholders.
    • Internal Account Managers are responsible for communication specials, launches and events to the partners base and ensuring exposure of all our brands to the right partners.
    • The Internal Account Manager – Evar will manage Rectron’s strategic partner base, the job requires that you form a strong partnership with an External Account Manager to drive key strategies and meet Rectron’s overachieving targets

    Outputs and Responsibilities:
    Customer Base

    • Managing the assigned customer base, building strong relationships and driving key product lines
    • Assisting with ALL customer enquiries when needed
    • Contact details to be updated on Customer Base and on ERP system
    • Managing the credit limit available and cover where needed.
    • Ensure that accounts are current and queries resolved
    • Signing up new customers that meet the criteria
    • Daily pipeline management

    Sales and Pipeline Management

    • Accurately process purchase orders on Rectron’s ERP system. Read customer requests carefully, ensuring that quotes are done quickly and accurately
    • Ensure month on month growth in partner base across all brands
    • Keep client updated on order status
    • Ensure that components processed are correct and compatible
    • Ensure that the team pipeline is accurately up to date and maintain pipeline coverage in order to achieve monthly sales targets
    • Work with the Rectron Product Management team to identify opportunities for growth across all Rectron brands

    Query Management

    • Should there be any queries on orders by partners, ensure that queries are raised with the correct department as quickly as possible and then providing all stakeholders with the necessary feedback

    Knowledge

    • Maintain a good level of knowledge across all Rectron product and solution offerings
    • Online training must be up to date and completed when required
    • Attending scheduled internal and external training sessions when needed (after 17:00 or weekends if needed)
    • Share knowledge within the team using internal tools

    Communications

    • Communicate in a clear and professional manner both internally and externally
    • Ensure that all quotes are responded to within the Rectron SLA time frame
    • Proactively communicate status updates to resellers, especially in times where there might be a delay in operations
    • Clear communications with internal stakeholders (Product Managers, Warehouse, Admin etc.)
    • Proactively keep your Sales Manager up to date with regards to your pipeline

    • Relevant brand knowledge and excellent communication engagement
    • Business acumen refers to a high level of alertness to the business landscape
