    Regional Key Accounts Manager - Gauteng North

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
    • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
    • Apply the key elements of channel, category management in terms of continuously enhancing supply and retailer and manufacturing relationships, meeting consumer needs smarter and faster in such a manner that it would maximize financial returns.
    • Develop and implement the most effective consumer touch points and the resulting cost efficient communication mediums for the brand to influence its consumers (ATL, POS, ROI, Sponsorships, Events, brand home)
    • Manage Customer P&L and grow account profitability
    • Grow market share
    • Serve as the single point of contact to coordinate interaction between all functional areas within Heineken Beverages and their counterparts within the Group Account.
    • Analyze and interpret business information including legal parameters and governance requirements.
    • Follow Heineken Beverage’s policies and procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

    Job Requirements:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification i.e National Diploma/Degree is needed for the role.
    • Minimum of 5 years market experience in Key Account, Business Management, Revenue Management, Channel Management and/or Financial Management; within a FMCG company would be a preference.
    • Sound knowledge of Group Account/Key Account practices and procedures.
    • Successful track record in relationship management.
    • Proven track record with sizable portfolio
    • Above average business acumen, commercial accounting and profitability management skills
    • Competent in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) will be advantageous.

    Forklift Driver

    Expected Daily Tasks: 

    Ensuring that the correct device is selected for picking and warehouse activities: 

    • MHE inspection- daily and accurately,
    • Report defects and incidents,
    • Ensure that the correct amount of stock is picked according to device. 
    • Complete all daily tasks as per device. 

    Ensure correct loading of vehicles:

    • Scan QR codes and ensure that the trailor/vehicle is correctly loaded. 
    • Ensure presentability and quality loading. 

    Daily and monthly stock take:

    • Perform daily and monthly counts as per device. 
    • Ensure accurate counting  of the product.

    General Duties:

    • Perform any activities as per device instruction. 
    • Be prepared to perform reworks.
    • Assisst in Returns Bay as per instruction. 

    Behavioural competencies needed for the job:

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work under pressure. 
    • Ability to follow instructions. 
    • Attention to detail. 

    Experience Required: 

    • Trade experience.
    • Valid driveres license.
    • 1-2 years of driving a delivery vehicle.

    Regional Off Trade Marketing Specialist

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    • Develop campaigns, catalogues and promotional guardrails to deliver on channel performance:
    • Develop channel and Group Account Campaigns with in guidelines from the Key Account and Channel Manager
    • Develop procurement catalogues of relevant merchandising materials for the channel
    • Review channel promotions, developing channel specific promotional insights in relation to shopper flow ,category management both in fridge and on shelf.
    • Execute campaigns, maintain systems and brief execution partners to achieve excellent channel execution in region and accounts:
    • Manage the OTIF execution of channel and account campaign groups in accordance with activity planning process
    • Develop 1 pagers and trade presenters for channel campaigns
    • Develop or sign off  Executrac briefs for campaigns in Off Trade channel
    • Develop execution briefs for third party execution – Engage & Smollan
    • Develops internal and external relationships and networks:
    • Influence and ensure buy in of the channel campaigns plan with key internal stakeholders (Marketing services, Activity Planning, Channel Managers and Group Account Managers)
    • Build networks and form strong relationships with important accounts
    • Continuously review channel insights and trade innovations:
    • Create and test innovative campaign and merchandising solutions
    • Provide guidance and influence key stakeholders to deliver on channel standards:
    • Champion integrated activity planning to improve alignment across functions and trade execution
    • Champions self-development and growth with increased functional and behavioural competence and performance

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Relevant three year post matric tertiary qualification (degree or diploma)

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

    • Minimum 5 years Commercial experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business within large accounts
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint , Word
