    Machine Operator - Springs

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • To assist with general and operating duties for excellent customer service.
    • Contribute to a cost-effective operation of department.
    • Ensure highest possible productivity in workplace.
    • Ensure that every product made is produced to the highest standard and do not allow any sub- standard products to leave the department.
    • Be involved in line change overs and ensure it is done within allocated time and efficient line start-up after completion.
    • Clean the machine and change parts and return to the change part store.
    • Report any problems with the change parts to the Artisan and capture the problem on the check sheet.
    • Operate machines with the utmost care to keep the machines well maintained. Clean and lubricate machines and complete the checklists.
    • Report any machine problems to the MC, Artisan and PC. Open a job card in the case of a breakdown or to capture work arising.
    • Identify losses and waste in own area and quantify the losses and waste.
    • Participate in the area Loss and Waste exercise.
    • Handle company products with the necessary care.
    • Contribute in efforts to ensure maximum productivity of the team.
    • Participate in MDT meetings to ensure optimal teamwork and team performance.
    • Comply with company safety and housekeeping standards.

    The successful candidate must have the following qualification, skills, and experience:

    • At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
    • Matric or equivalent
    • Physical strength to handle products and machines.

    Intern Supply Chain Quality

     Key Learning Areas include (but are not limited to):

    • Quality Control and Assurance (Intrinsic & Extrinsic, Quality Management System; etc)

    To qualify for selection and participation in this programme, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:

    • South African Citizen
    • Satisfactory academic record and in final year of obtaining relevant tertiary qualification.
    • Diploma in Food Technology/Analytical Chemistry, BSc Biotechnology)

    • BTL Strategy Development: Co-Create and implement BTL marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and drive consumer engagement.
    • Campaign Management: Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, in-store activations, and experiential marketing.

    • Sales & Distribution Coordination: Work closely with sales and distribution teams to ensure BTL campaigns are well-supported and targeted in key regions.
    • Feedback Loop: Collect and share on-ground feedback from BTL activities with internal teams, contributing to product improvements and strategic marketing decisions.
    • Brand Experience Management: Ensure that all BTL activities provide a positive and memorable brand experience for consumers, enhancing brand equity and loyalty.
    • Community Engagement: Engage with local communities through relevant BTL initiatives that resonate with specific consumer needs and preferences.
    • Sampling & Product Demonstrations: Organize product sampling events and demonstrations to provide first-hand brand experiences, driving awareness and trial.
    • Influencer & Community Partnerships: Work with local influencers, community groups, and partners to amplify the reach and impact of BTL activities

    Job Requirements:

    • A relevant and recognized Bachelor’s qualification in Commercial/Marketing.

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in BTL marketing or brand management, preferably in the alcohol or beverage industry.

    Maintenance Clerk - JHB

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Assisting with maintenance planning activities (Annual & Monthly).
    • Executing effective admin housekeeping
    • Daily recordings utilities readings where necessary.
    • Prepare weekly statistics report for Management meetings.
    • General typing of reports and assisting with all related Admin
    • Create Works orders on SAP for Maintenance on the Site and Packaging Lines.
    • Confirmation of Works orders requests on Sap.
    • Compiling monthly management reports
    • Assisting where needed with monthly stock count.
    • Assist with the compiling and monitoring of the departments budget.
    • Relevant experience in above KPA’s
    • Have knowledge, background and understanding of OPI/ LP reporting on production line performance.
    • ISO certifications

    The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

    • Computer literate in MS Office, PowerPoint, (Excel & Word) and SAP
    • Budget and cost controlling experience.
    • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities are essential.
    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications
    • Good Communication skills (Inter-Departmental and customer).
    • Exposure in a packaging or maintenance environment
