    Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer - Sandton

    FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS/ ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks
    • Assisting in the development of and monitoring processes to identify and evaluate department areas' risks and risk control self-assessments
    • Assist with monitoring major and critical risk issues

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Hons/ Post Grad. (Preferable)
    • Membership with the Institute of Risk Management in South Africa (IRMSA) or Compliance Institute of South Africa (CISA) (Preferable)
    • Above 2 to 5 Years Relevant Experience in Governance, Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance Management (Must)
    • Willing to travel
    • SAP / SoftExpert software experience (Preferable)
    • Knowledge of the King IV Reporting requirements and ISO 31000 Risk Management

    Description

    • Planning, control and management of operations and maintenance activity
    • Ensure effective execution of operations and maintenance activities

    Principal SHE Practitioner - Witbank

    FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS
