    Manager Retail Store

    Job Specification

    • Reporting into the Regional Manager Operations, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a retail store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
    • 5 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity
    • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
    • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of retail operating systems

    Marketer (Agri & Retail)

    Job Specification

    • The main purpose of this versatile post is sales and marketing of Agri retail products in the Kakamas and surrounding areas.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 with supportive inhouse sales courses or NQF 5 Diploma 
    • 4 years related experience
    • The ideal candidate should have good interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain good customer relationships, strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to function independently and under pressure
    • Supplier networking advantageous but not a prerequisite
    • NB: Your own transport is an inherent requirement

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Senior Manager Logistics, the incumbent would be responsible for supervising certain areas within the distribution center, which includes overseeing staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

    Minimum Requirements

    • NQF 5 or equivalent
    • 4 years related experience
    • Intermediate MS Office skills and WMS and Blue Yonder experience
    • Code 08 Driver's license

    Clerk Logistics

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Fuel Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the receipt/issuing and dispatching of merchandise, materials, supplies and products. Verifies items against orders/invoices and inspects condition and records items according to established procedures.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • 2 years related experience
    • Computer literate with good people skills and who can work independently
