    Senior Administrator Costing - Carltonville

    Minimum requirements

    Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

    • National Diploma in Cost & Management Accounting at NQF Level 6 or similar finance tertiary qualification
    • MS Office proficient [Excel essential]
    • Exposure to ERP systems, preferably JDE
    • Exposure to costing/budget control of job cards
    • Analytical with attention to detail
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels 

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project costing and administration, preferably in an engineering workshop environment
    • Experience handling queries relating to costing and budgets
    • Experience working on JDE, or similar system
    • Experience working on cost accruals, provisions, journals and job card reconciliations

    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

    • Effective and timeous administrative support
    • Effective administration of reporting systems, report irregularities and correct timeously
    • Accurate and complete cost allocations within deadlines and budget
    • Accurate control of plant transfers and rental
    • Communicate changes in work activities and new information / procedures to team timeously

    Senior Administrator Store - Carltonville

    Minimum requirements

    Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

    • Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent with mathematics
    • Supply Chain Management Diploma at NQF level 6
    • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word and Excel and Outlook intermediate)
    • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
    • Fully conversant in English (written and verbal)
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

    • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Experience supervising a team of Store Administrators and Warehouse Pickers   
    • Working experience on JDE or similar ERP system
    • Experience generating and analysing reports  
    • Knowledge of inbound and outbound principles
    • Must be medical fit
    • Must not have a criminal record
    • Knowledge of supply chain policies and procedures

    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

    • Lead and supervise a team of Store Administrators and Warehouse Pickers

    Warehouse Manager - Carltonville

    Minimum requirements

    Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

    • Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
    • Logistic and Supply Chain Management Diploma at NQF 6 or relevant similar level tertiary qualification
    • Logistic and Supply Chain Management Degree at NQF 7 (preferred)
    • Proficient in Microsoft office (Advanced Excel)
    • Proficient in JD Edwards or similar ERP system
    • Valid EB Driver's license
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills including a customer service orientation
    • Ability to analyse reports and apply expertise and technology
    • Ability to plan, organize, schedule and coordinate activities 
    • Good English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a warehouse, preferably within the mining industry
    • In-depth working experience of inbound and outbound functions and application of warehouse principles and processes
    • Experience leading and managing a team
    • Experience working on an EPR system is essential (preferably JD Edwards)

    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

    • Plan, organize, schedule, coordinate and control warehouse activities effectively and provide effective leadership and supervision to the warehouse team
    • Effective handling, storage and transportation of equipment/goods/hazardous materials in the correct quantity, quality, time and conditions in accordance with regulations and procedures
    • Effective cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth workflows
    • Effective inventory management, inbound and outbound and controlling process for Yard
    • Effective materials management, stock service levels and management of potential obsolescence items
    • Effective administration and optimisation of processes and systems, ensuring system integrity and control in place to avoid stock damages, theft and wastage
    • Accurate and timeous reporting and analysing of reports to required standards
    • Effective management of the Transport team
    • Participate in cycle audits with external auditors
    • Proactive risk identification and mitigation
    • Effective team and self-management in alignment with M&RC’s values and leadership initiatives
    • Self and team understand and comply with relevant regulations and M&RC safety protocols, policies, procedures and standards

    Artisan TMM (Bentley Park) Fitter & Turner

    Minimum requirements

    Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

    • Valid Trade Certificate (Fitter & Turner)
    • Proficient in MS Office [Word, Excel]
    • Good interpersonal skills, including a customer service orientation, good job planning and organizing skills
    • Analytical and attentive to detail
    • Good English verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to read and understand technical documents and interpret TMM schematics and do fault finding from drawings and to supervise a team, impart knowledge and provide on the job coaching and training
    • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions within agreed parameters and to adapt to changing technologies
    • Basic auto electric skills (advantageous) 

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification trackless mobile machinery rebuild and repair experience
    • Experience interpreting diagrams and technical documentation such as schematics, manuals, standards and codes
    • Experience applying effective fault finding procedures and validation techniques
    • Experience providing on the job coaching and training to Learner Artisans advantageous
    • 5 years’ experience on Epiroc RCS Systems, Epiroc Dump trucks (MT2010 and MT436B), EPIROC Simba M6C / S7D, EPIROC Drill Rig Boomer 282 / Boomer M2D / M2C / S1L, EPIROC Bolter Bolter MC / Cabletec LC, SANDVIK LH514 / 1400 / 006, SANDVIK Roof Bolter D06, NORMAT Utility Vehicles, Detroit / Volvo / Cummins engines advantageous 

    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

    • Effectively plan, organise and control the rebuild and repair of TMM machines to agreed schedules, budget and OEM standards and specifications.
    • Effectively supervise a team of assistants to safely achieve performance targets
    • Order parts / equipment timeously and within budget
    • Read and interpret technical documents and schematics and apply effective fault finding methodologies and validation techniques
    • Provide an effective after sales service to clients and on the job coaching and training to learner artisans
    • Prompt identification of recurring defects and inefficiencies, flag, analyse and resolve / escalate accordingly
    • Self and team understand and comply with OEM specifications and M&RC’s standards, policies, procedures and safety protocols
    • Effective stakeholder engagement including suppliers, clients and OEM representatives and effective self and team management in alignment with M&RC’s values
    • Proactive risk/hazard identification and mitigation
