KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The incumbent should be an admitted attorney with exceptional contract drafting and commercial/corporate law experience. Environmental law would be beneficial.
The incumbent will be required to inter alia:
- Draft, amend, edit and review standard commercial agreements.
- Vet, review and negotiate various commercial agreements over a broad spectrum including the qualification of tender documents (for example service level, leases, IT, off-take, procurement agreements) as well as agreements pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, joint ventures and associated agreements.
