Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of various assets
• Conduct daily inspections at various sites according to outlined timetable 
• Monitor usage of and maintain Audio Visual equipment 
• Perform general maintenance and specifically monitor fuel levels on generators and holding tanks
• Effective customer service
• Effective asset and resource control
• Minimum Qualifications: 
• Relevant diploma or certificate, or trade test preferable, Valid Driver’s License

Minimum Experience: 
1-3 years’ experience in general maintenance - an all round knowledge of painting , electrical , plumbing

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

• Communication skills (Verbal & Written) in all levels  
•  Customer Service Skills Asset and resource control 
•  Ability to maintain of various assets Organising and planning skills
