    Human Capital Business Partner

    Job Description

    • To consult, advise and coach managers and employees by implementing Human Capital processes and workforce solutions.
    • Requires an understand the business, expertise in Human Capital practices, and the ability to influence and lead change requirements.
    • Function as an employee champion.
    • Hand hold and provide support to line managers through various Human Capital processes i.e., recruitment, succession planning etc.
    • Manage day-to-day operations within the Human Capital value chain.
    • Conduct team sessions and engage in basic facilitation.
