    Project Administrator – Fund Services

    PURPOSE OF JOB

    • The Project Administrator for Digital Innovation will support the teams delivery by coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reporting and sprint logistics. This role is central and critical to the team, ensuring that initiatives are well-organized, tracked, and aligned with the teams goals.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Tracking requirements and data gathering, developments, testing and signoffs.
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings related to development requests and testing.
    • Updating sprint boards and reports and dashboard preparation, JIRA and Smartsheets.
    • Preparing and maintaining Business Requirements Specifications, End User documentation.
    • Assisting with Technical Specification documentation.
    • Organising and maintaining the schedules for internal Digital Innovation team tasks.

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • A finance or project management related qualification.
    • At least 1 year’s working experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Accounting knowledge.
    • Familiarity with project methodologies and lifecycles.
    • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) preferred but not required.

    Fund Accountant – Fund Services

    PURPOSE OF JOB

    • To collate, calculate, process, investigate and check fund information in order to produce the Net Asset Values for the specific Funds which JTC administers within defined deadlines and regulatory requirements.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare, monitor and capture cash movements (cash management), investment trades and update transactions on the accounting system to ensure an accurate and timely delivery of the NAV.
    • Prepare and perform weekly/daily cash and stock reconciliations including proper investigation of all outstanding issues to ensure a timely resolution of any reconciling differences and no NAV errors occur.
    • Monitor daily/monthly asset pricing and pricing sources for corporate actions to ensure securities are updated and valued correctly on the accounting system and no asset pricing errors occur in the valuation.
    • Perform and check weekly/daily expense and accrual calculations to ensure that they are reflected correctly in the Net Asset value calculation.
    • Prepare and produce an accurate NAV to ensure Reviewers discover no errors on work reviewed resulting in the timely delivery of the NAV’s.
    • Proactively investigate queries with dealers; brokers; custodians; auditors and clients to ensure a timely resolution of all queries. Where applicable to communicate and escalate potential issues in a prompt and effective manner.
    • Understand and implement company policies and procedures; client service level agreements and internal controls to ensure compliance thereof and no Custodian or external audit findings occur as a result of them not being applied.
    • Monitor and perform weekly/monthly compliance checks to ensure all scheme particulars are adhered to and no concern is raised in Compliance’s reviews and reports.
    • Prepare and send out all valuation e-mails to a pre-defined distribution list to ensure all parties have been timely informed of the NAV.
    • Prepare and complete all quarterly statutory returns to ensure specific funds regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
    • Accurately update and maintain the relevant sections in the delivery matrix to ensure all parties are aware of what has been completed and Oversight can promptly review the NAV where required.
    • Monitor client mailboxes on a daily basis be resolving queries where possible or escalating where required.
    • Assist supervisors during audits by providing supporting documents, reconciliations and reports to auditors where required.
    • Maintain investor registers and ensure only authorized changes are made and that these are done in a timely manner.
    • Subject to client approvals, respond to any investor queries that may arise.
    • Prepare drawdown and distribution notices where requested from the General Partner.
    • Prepare capital account statements.

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent numeracy skills.
    • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
    • Works well under pressure.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • A relevant tertiary qualification including Accounting; Finance; Investments.
    • Completed 3-year SAICA/SAIPA articles.
    • Relevant experience in a similar role in financial services.

    AML/CDD Administrator

    PURPOSE OF JOB

    • The role holder will be required to administer a client portfolio, under the supervision of a Manager/and or Senior Administrator. They should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s portfolio, including risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Collating and reviewing due diligence documentation for client on-boarding for ICS New Business Team and new investors into the Funds in line with Cayman Islands Regulations, ensuring timely and effective client care.
    • Assist with completing the review process for client entities and be aware of risk exposure, including the fulfilment of responsibilities under the review procedures.
    • Conducting periodic reviews for high, standard and low risk clients and investors.
    • Conducting risk assessments and PEP reviews.
    • Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group’s policies, procedures and guidelines, including the Group’s core values and expected behaviors.
    • Check, maintain and ensure accuracy of the central diary system relevant to client portfolio managed, to ensure deadlines are recorded and subsequently achieved.
    • Maintain accurate and up to date records of client entities (including desktop), ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with.
    • Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation in particular to Cayman Islands.
    • Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
    • Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviors.
    • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • A degree, preferably in business administration or legal studies.
    • ACAM’s or ICA certification would be an asset.
    • A sound understanding of AML/CFT/PF Regulations.
    • 3+ years of experience in a Compliance role.
    • A proven track record of researching AML/CFT/PF Regulations.
    • Comfortable and highly proficient in verbal and written communications with internal and external stakeholders.
    • A team player who listens well and values the input of his or her colleagues.
    • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Highly organized and exceptionally detailed.
    • Accustomed to managing multiple priorities.

    Senior Administrator – GCC – ICS Operations

    PURPOSE OF JOB

    • Reporting into the Manager within the Governance, Control and Change pillar of the Institutional Client Services Fund Operations team, the Senior Administrator will primarily support our ICS fund operations quality assurance initiative and other operational governance and control activities.
    • The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the establishment of a quality assurance program within ICS Fund operations, completing quality control testing on operational change, operational new business onboarding, and governance or control items implemented within ICS Fund operations.
    • In addition, the Senior Administrator will assist with B&E root causes analysis, risk management activities including the preparation of operational MI reporting including the necessary analysis to facilitate the various risk and oversight committees’ operational MI reporting.
    • In specific situations the Senior Administrator will be assigned to assist on various tasks on ICS Fund operations projects and specific strategic initiatives.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    KEY DUTIES:

    • Quality Assurance Testing: The primary responsibility is to perform internal quality assurance (control) testing to ensure that the goals and objectives of the ICS Fund operations quality assurance program are achieved. This includes maintaining a continued program of service excellence and supporting a robust control environment.
    • B&E Root Cause Analysis: Assist with root cause analysis on B&E and operational events, ensuring effective monitoring and tracking of all operational resolution action points through to completion.
    • Operations MI Reporting: Complete the collation of Fund operations MI data and prepare monthly and quarterly MI reports, including assisting with automation and efficiency initiatives.
    • Project Participation: Participate in various ICS Fund operations and group projects related to quality assurance, risk management, operations, and compliance initiative.

    REPORTING AND TRACKING:

    • Complete the analysis, review, documentation, and approval of all QA testing and reporting activities.
    • Provide MI reporting and updates on all assigned tasks and initiatives.
    • Produce spotlight updates on all QA testing, as well as assigned tasks and initiatives, for internal communications and presentations.
    • Present QA updates to staff, key stakeholders, and Directors as required.
    • Assist with the tracking and monitoring of all root cause operational remedial actions through to completion.

    DOCUMENTATION:

    • Deliver and maintain all QA documents and training materials related to the functions of the QA team.
    • Stay up to date with new and existing policies and procedures (including group changes) and ensure timely updates to documentation.
    • Assist with the creation of business cases for efficiency or automation initiatives.

    COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK:

    • Work closely with jurisdictional teams, including team leads, to perform quality assurance testing and root cause analysis.
    • Play a critical role in facilitating communication across stakeholders and all seniority levels within the ICS jurisdictional service teams.

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
