DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To coordinate and follow up with internal development team on the implementation of SOP procedures to ensure a smooth workflow from the various activities.
• Ensure all development SOP documentation is received from team members timeously and correctly filed.
• To prepare weekly minutes of development meetings and submit to the development team including following up on action points from the meeting.
• To develop and keep updated a filing system for project documentation.
• To prepare compliance handover file with all COC's, Plan Submission Applications, Business License Applications, Approved Plans, Occupation Certificates for every project.
• Liaise with Operations to chase up on service certificates or compliance documents on existing stores.
• Assist PM's and Procurement Manager Development on chasing quotes and checking if required.
• Maintain an updated project tracker which is to be shared with relevant stakeholders on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate departmental activities within the department and ensure all within department is aware of scheduled activities.
• Assist GDM in scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan travel including flights, accommodation and transportation

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar position.
• Tech Savy with strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Attention to detail is a must

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Complete debtors and creditors functions
• Daily sales order listings
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Processing of customer invoices at the correct price and quantity
• Run customer statements per Pedros SOP
• Assist with customer queries
• Follow up on customer POD’s
• Processing GRV’s and supplier invoices
• Prepare supplier payment
• Maintain electronic filing and update department registers
• Ad hoc admin duties

Requirement:

• Must have 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have 2 – 3 years experience in Sage 200 Evolution
• Previous experience in the FMCG, Fast Food or Retail sector
• Effective time management , problem solving and decision making
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts and principles
• Good verbal and written skills
