    Cashier - Thaba Moshate

    Job Purpose

    • To provide an efficient customer service by performing Prive and admin bank Cash Desk Transactions to the required standards, and in compliance with all applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Matric / Grade 12

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must have 1 year working experience in Cashiering.
    • Basic computer knowledge skills.
    • Knowledge of facility procedures and its application to customers.
    • Knowledge on credit card, cheque markers and cashless transactions processing and the standards thereof.
    • Accurate and quick completion of all transactions.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    •  Ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to perform the Administrative duties for the Admin bank.
    • Must have a working knowledge of Gaming Board rules and regulations.
    • Shift work is operational requirement.
    • Operationally required to work in a smoking environment.

    Main Resposibilites

    • Effective and accurate transactions with all customers.
    • Security, accountability and reconciliation of daily operational float.
    • Maintain all transactions to departmental standards.
    • To be familiar with departmental Procedures and Policies

    F&B Supervisor

    Job Purpose

    • To supervise all aspects of the Casino Floor to the required standards within the agreed budgetary limits and parameters, and ensuring guest satisfaction and profit maximization. To adhere to, maintain and monitor Food & Beverage policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Matric/Grade 12

    Minimum Requirements

    • 2 Years related experience in a Food & Beverage Service environment required;
    • Computer literacy: MS Office, Micros and Materials Control required;
    • Shift work is an operational requirement.
    • Knowledge and experience in cost controls is required;

    Main Resposibilites

    • Supervise the daily operations of the Casino Floor, by adhering to Food & Beverage policies and procedures;
    • Supervise Casino Floor Staff, i.e. Waitrons, Barmen, Chefs and Stewards;
    • conduct daily hygiene walkabouts, complete the required checklists, enforce the correct cleaning standards, Health & Safety standards and operating equipment;
    • Assist Management in dealing with Customer Complaints;
    • Perform 10 day, 20 day and monthly stock takes with Barmen and Stock Controllers;
    • Monitor and adhere to the “Signing In and Out Control” Procedures for all contract services staff;
    • Submit timesheets to the labour service provider’s office on a daily basis and monitor clock in and clock out transactions on K Log report.

    Cleaner

    Job Purpose

    • Is responsible for the cleaning of all public areas to include entrances, doorways, sidewalks, public restrooms, all staff areas, offices, kitchens, bars and exits.

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12

    Minimum Requirements

    • Cleaning experience will be an added advantage

    Main Resposibilites

    • Smiles and is friendly when interacting with guests, co-workers and property employees.
    • Ensure that the area is clean at all times
    • Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
    • Adheres to all company and regulatory policies.  Report any wrongdoing to Head of Department/Manager
    • Work in a smoking environment
    • Must be able to clean to the specified standard

    Waitron

    Job Purpose

    • Provide an efficient and courteous waiting service to guests ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer satisfaction are maintained.

    • Ensure all mis en plus is completed prior to food service
    • Ensure that proper cooking proper method are adhered to
    • Ensure that workplace is efficient, clean and hygienic
    • Ensure that all equipment being used is washed and cleaned after use
    • Ensure that the refrigerators in the department are always clean and tidy
    • Preparation of menu items to the highest standard
    • Help with the preparation of staff meals and ensure the canteen doesn’t run out of food

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for the accurate clearing and counting of all gaming revenues generated by Slots and Tables Departments.
