Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
- Efficiently operate Copper and Big Pot Stills on a 12hour shift basis
- Continuously monitor and manage the distillation processes
- Organoleptic evaluation of distillate on a continuous basis to ensure quality product
- Ensure strict loss control on the distillation processes
- Clean, repair and do maintenance on stills and equipment in the stillhouse

The successful candidate must have the following attributes, qualification, skills and experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
- Be a co-pilot to Site Production teams in decision making through solicited and unsolicited advice based on financial analysis and in-depth knowledge of business operations.
- Support the business planning cycle of the Site (Strategic Plan, Annual Plan and Latest Estimates).
- Prepare and critically analyse monthly results and deliver timely management reports which include commentaries, KPIs, graphs, internal/external insights and/or benchmarks.
