    BU SA Cashflow Manager

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    Owner of the Cash Flow monthly Business Cycle for the BU:

    • Perform overall review of Cash Flow at month-end to understand performance variances (positive and negative) across all lines of the statement vs different versions of budget.
    • Build Latest Estimate (LE) process for the BU monthly for submission to Global. Collate risks and determine if any opportunity to save  are bankable.
    • Understand reasons for savings and have the capacity to explain them clearly to senior leadership. Prepare month cash flow deck for presentation to VP Finance.

    Owner of Cash Flow yearly Business cycle for the BU. Develop 1YP and budget base assumptions:

    • Combine actual performance and benchmarks with planned initiatives to build base assumptions.
    • Develop and continuously improve model at a comprehensive level of detail.
    • Link business KPIs expected evolution to financial targets.
    • Track major project initiatives and report impacts to 1YP.

    Responsible for Core Working Capital - Cash Flow Management, in alignment with:

    • Procurement & Leads from the other functions for DPO.
    • Accounts Receivables & Revenue Management Leads for DSO.
    • Logistics & Inventories Leads for DIO.
    • Lead Cash Flow deliverables with different stakeholders such as BU Functional Owners and Procurement Teams at the BU Level.
    • Drive the execution of Cash Flow in the BU i.e. policies localization and revision, initiatives tracking, tracking monitoring responsibilities, etc
    • Responsible for the overall delivery of BU Cash flow initiatives with Finance Director, Package Owners and Entity Owners.
    • Identify Best Practice and share in-BU.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a bachelor's degree and equivalent experience. CA, CIMA or MBA strongly preferred.
    • 3-4 years' experience in business environment; + years' experience managing people
    • Business processes knowledge including strategy and finance strongly preferred. Proficient in understanding accounting and financial statements
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Syspro, Cognos Report net, SAP and Capital IQ experience a plus.
    • Fluent in English.

    Inventory Loss Prevention Analyst

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Centralized Inventory tracking and monitoring with performance gaps identified & actions for gap closure followed up
    • Inventory Count deployment and reconciliation from the center
    • Inventory Process compliance validation and monitoring of risk sites
    • Africa Zone Transporter Logistics claims process compliance audited and tracked
    • Open Cycles tracked and communicated, coaching intervention where required
    • Review effectiveness of Controlled Self-Assessment audit documents for the zone (Covering all areas of inventory)
    • Working closely with brewery/ depot finance teams, perform controlled self assessments audits to pre-emptively identify risks
    • Support Inventory audits across the Zone as and when required
    • Ensure and validate processes are aligned to finance and control requirements in the Zone
    • Capability built in the inventory functional areas, ensuring SOPs, OPL’s, governance policies & controls are updated
    • Monitor alignment of local processes (In country) with all Excellence Programs in the Zone Joint zone owner for LCP Supply Chain Overheads Toolkit, identifying gaps; driving performance and engaging with stakeholders who deliver inputs to the toolkit
    • Monitor compliance to existing Inventory KPI’s as required to drive performance in all areas of inventory (Finance, Process and Control)
    • Review Compliance to existing KPI’s Ensure stock posting times are met at all sites - to reflect correct values for planning
    • Engage cross functionally with other areas and deliver input to the S&OP process
    • Interrogate the veracity of information received from in country teams and ensure data is accurate for reporting purposes
    • Actively drive the use of automation tools across the zone

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or post-graduate degree qualification in a relevant field: B.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Econometrics, Finance or Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain, Economics, Accounting Science, MBA recommended
    • 5 Years experience in logistics and supply chain management and finance background
    • Strong experience in management of finished goods; returnable packaging and/or raw materials management
    • Strong knowledge of finance management
    • Strong end to end Supply Chain expertise
    • Ability to effectively communicate at senior levels up to MANCOM level and able to engage global counterparts

    Zone Planning Specialist

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    Monthly Cycle Specialist

    Job responsibilities:

    • Support for all aspects of the Monthly Cycle from Mix simulators, building reports and updating monthly PnLs, together with working cross functionally to help support EBITDA creating initiatives.
    • Assist in preparing and compiling reports for CPR and PnL meetings, together with generating standardized reporting decks on financial results.

    Digital Insights: Audience Specialist

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • The Audience Specialists act as the intermediary between the BU region’s, channels and brand organization and the Digital Insights team, ensuring strategies are embedded in intelligence, and data science is utilized in commercial strategies.
    • They are ultimately responsible for consolidating the region / channel / brand SKU prioritization feedback for each touchpoint launched through BEES via promos, challenges, tasks, missions, and digital communications.
    • The Audience Specialists own the monthly routine organization and prepare key insights for the routine meetings between the Audience Manager and key stakeholders.
    • In these meetings they review previous month performance as well as upcoming month priorities to drive commercial results.
    • These individuals must be able to translate large data sets into clear visual reporting, making the information accessible and clear for review and discussion with stakeholders.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in relevant filed.
    • 2 years experience in relevant roles.
    • Analytical experience, with the ability to transform large data sets Deep understanding of our sales organization processes and strategies
    • Knowledge of BEES touchpoints/pillars and how we leverage them to drive our commercial strategy
    • Recommended commercial experience as a BDR, Sales Manager, and/or Commercial Manager
    • Recommended analytical experience as a Business Analyst, Performance Analyst, or PPM
    • Understanding of our sales organization processes and strategies
    • Must be proficient in excel, powerpoint; Experience with SQL/pyspark beneficial, but not required for hiring though training will be needed once in role
    • Understanding of our sales organization processes and strategies
    • Ability to manage routines and relationships in a cross functional environment
