    Shift Supervisors – Mobile Crushing and Screening Operations

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience

    • Competent A Person
    • Grade 12
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Basic Computer Skills
    • First Aid Certificate
    • Solid knowledge of Mine Health and Safety Act, including keeping up to date with any changes to the Act
    • Experience supervising and managing a Mobile crushing and screening operations, activities and staff. Minimum of 2 years.
    • Flexibility to work outside of normal hours, during emergencies and planned overtime.
    • Good Verbal and written communication skills
    • Good Knowledge of Mobile crushing and screening equipment, capabilities and operating principles.
    • Experience working with Metso and Finlay equipment is a must.
    • Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices attended a supervisory training course

    Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

    • Supervise and manage the performance of operators, equipment and processes according to the operating plan and procedures
    • Supervise, coordinate and motivate the team responsibly.
    • Good Understanding of crushing and screening principles and processes
    • Ensure health and safety legislation and contractual obligations are adhere to
    • Ensure complete confidentiality of all information pertaining to the business of the company, as well as personal information
    • Produce shift reports at the end of every shift

    Quarry Foreman

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience

    • Grade 12 (Matric).
    • Relevant qualification in Mining/Engineering – Preferred
    • Competent A Certificate – Essential
    • Valid RSA Driver’s License –Essential
    • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a quarry/mining environment
    • Sound knowledge of quarry operations, equipment, and products

    • Maintain efficient use of labour, equipment, and resources
    • Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements (MHSA)

    Creditors Clerk

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience

    • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with Accounting and Mathematics. A tertiary qualification (Certificate/Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting) is highly advantageous.
    • Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated creditors or accounts payable role.
    • Skills: Strong computer literacy with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, Pastel, or Xero) is a plus.
    • Attributes: High attention to detail, deadline-driven, and excellent analytical problem-solving skills

    • Reconciliations: Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or queries.
    • Invoice Processing: Accurately capture, verify, and process supplier invoices and credit notes.
    • Payment Runs: Prepare payment packs and assist with processing payments (EFTs, cashbook).
    • Age Analysis: Monitor the creditors' age analysis and escalate long-outstanding amounts.
    • Admin & Compliance: Maintain audit-ready filing systems and ensure all transactions align with VAT regulations.

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience

    • Education: Matric (Grade 12) is essential. A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Basic Bookkeeping or accounting is highly preferred.
    • Experience: 3–5 years proven experience in controlling within a logistics, transport, or finance office environment.

    Mechanical Assistant

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience

    • Education: Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent technical qualification.
    • Physically fit and capable of performing manual, heavy labour.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of basic workshop or mechanical assisting experience is preferred.

    Safety Representative

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience

    • Education: Grade 12 and relevant HSE certifications (e.g., SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, COMSOC or OSHA).

    Senior Diesel Mechanic

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience

    • Grade 12 certificate.
    • Have an applicable trade certificate as a Diesel mechanic
    • 5 years + of experience working on yellow machines as a Diesel Mechanic

    • Perform machine inspections on earthmoving equipment and delivery truck fleet as well as compline backlog lists

    • Managing & maintaining tooling in good, serviceable condition
    • To work overtime when required, provided such requirement is reasonable with the law
