    Immigration Manager

     job duties or responsibilities:

    • Manage the preparation and submission of South African immigration applications on behalf of clients;
    • Prepare responses and liaise with the Department of Home Affairs regarding applications lodged
    • Build client relationships and expand services through regional and local South African immigration work;
    • Manage various relationships with the Department of Home Affairs and various consular offices, as well as VFS, to enable problem-solving and obtain advice;
    • Produce accurate work to a high technical standard;
    • Interpret & apply theoretical knowledge to complex scenarios and provide advice to clients;
    • Keep up to date with changes to legislation relating to Immigration – for both South Africa and the IMEA region;

    Cloud Security Lead, Africa (Hybrid)

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will include:
    Strategy

    •  Provide support to the Africa region around cloud security initiatives
    •  Leverage regional alliances with technology partners (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, AWS, Google, etc) to drive proactive leads generation, joint pitch, pipeline management and conversions where required
    •  Manage, expand, and scale a team of security architects and engineers
    •  Participate in the development and publication of thought leadership

    User Experience Lead (Africa)

    Your responsibilities will include:
    Strategy

    •  Provide technical UX support to the Africa digital transformation team
    •  Work with relevant functional areas and service lines across the Firm to deliver on client engagement and sales initiatives

    Qualifications Experience & Skills
    You’re a strong candidate if you have:

    •   At least 10 years or more experience in user experience design
    •  Proven track record of developing and implementing successful user experience strategies
    •  Hands-on and solid background in conceptualizing, designing, and creating first-class product experiences for consumers
    •  Exceptional customer-focus with expert knowledge of ecommerce, usability and experience design
    •  Demonstrable experience in delivering fun, innovative and cross-device/responsive interface designs that have delivered commercial success
    •  Proven experience with prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
    •  Expert knowledge of visual design tools
    •  Good understanding of platform constraints, browsers and accessibility guidelines
    •  Experience with optimising websites for mobile devices, social merchandising and user-generated content
    •  Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
    •  Experience in monitoring and driving product development from creation of design concepts to the final launch of the product as well as post-launch monitoring and analysis
    •  Self-starter and able to work independently including across multiple priorities and complex matrixed roles and responsibilities

    •  Proven track record of the design thinking ethos of human centred design and ability to adopt it to solve client issues
