    Intern Psychometrist - Bellville

    Role Purpose    

    • Coordinate and administer psychometric assessments, write reports and provide feedback in line with legislative and governance requirements aligned with HPSCA requirements and under supervision.

    Requirements    

    • Honours in Social Science/ Commerce/ Arts Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Counselling psychology.
    • The qualification must be accredited by HPCSA for a Psychometric internship.

    Exposure to the following will be advantageous:

    • Administration of assessments in a corporate environment
    • Writing of integrative reports for selection and career development
    • Client service experience

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Coordinate and administer psychometric assessments in line with regulations, policies and procedures.
    • Score and interpret assessment results within agreed SLA.
    • Integrate results and compile comprehensive reports within agreed timeframes.
    • Provide assessment feedback to clients and candidates.
    • Complete invoice procedures for completed assessments to enable billing to the correct departments.
    • Ensure Assessment Centre administration is updated and processed according to agreed SLA’s.
    • Build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders in order to provide high quality services and encourage feedback to improve service.
    • Provide monthly reports on the assessment centre’s function.
    • Research and keep abreast of developments in the psychometric and assessment field.
    • Engages and partners with the business on relevant HR projects from an assessment perspective.

    Digital Learning Design Intern - Bellville

    Role Purpose    

    • During the 1-year internship programme, you’ll learn how to design and develop interactive, engaging and intuitive learning experiences as well as support the Digital Learning Team with various learning and change initiatives.

    Requirements    

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Exposure to or interest in digital learning and development and/or learning technology

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Research, write and format learning content for online learning courses, including the development of scripts and multimedia briefs.
    • Create interactive online lessons using a range of online content authoring tools.
    • Build interactive courses and learning assets on the learning platform and/or other learning technologies.
    • Provide coordination and administrative project support for the delivery and implementation of a range of digital learning experiences and learning and development projects and initiatives.
    • Support with reporting on learning across the business by gathering and presenting data and sharing insights with the team and stakeholders.
    • Provide end-user support to employees across a range of learning systems and platforms by responding to queries, providing training or facilitating platform training where required.
    • Take ownership of deliverables to produce consistently high-quality work within a remote working team environment.
    • Ensure that methodologies used in the design and implementation of learning initiatives remain relevant and in line with industry trends, adult learning principles, and digital learning best practice.
    • Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
    • Continuously develop and share own knowledge in terms of digital learning trends and best practice.
    • Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas through various learning forums and communities
