    • Factory manager have to plan production activities,
    • Plan production meetings,
    • Plan machine maintaining schedules,
    • Plan worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
    • The whole industrial production has to be managed by factory managers, or they have to take care of all the features associated with a particular plant department.
    • The safety measures have to be followed.
    • If there are any quality related issues, the factory manager has to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated.
    • Collaborate and meet with other managers. Liaison with the financial department is of much significance.
    • Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately
    • See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.
    • They need to attend the scheduled corporate meetings and training.
    • Conduct performance reviews of employees.

    Purchase Manager

    • Experience in Ethnic hair care or Ethnic cosmetics range of products in South Africa
    • Define and implement the procurement policy according to the group strategy
    • Set and lead a procurement department
    • Negotiate and establish the contracts with the suppliers
    • Coordinate with the technical teams the setting of specifications and the evaluation of the suppliers
    • Seeking a new member of the Procurement Team to Drive, Manage and Support the Procurement Central Services Team in all aspects related to Procurement and Supply Chain for the Group including Driving Procurement Best Practice, Innovative KPI Implementation, Strategic Negotiation, Operating and capital Equipment Purchasing.
    • Manage the procurement teams in the various subsidiaries
    • Implement an effective reporting system
    • Responsible for the group purchases, the Group Procurement Manager will interact with the R&D and Industrial Manager
    • Provide budgetary information/KPI’s to all business units to ensure understanding and client quotations accurately reflect operational costs
    • Define procurement objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle
    • Plan, execute, and finalize procurement projects according to deadlines and within budget, acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and internal departments in order to deliver according to plan.

    Skills Required

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Procurement / purchasing of Ethnic product range
    • Must have at least 2 years experience within a similar role.
    • Professional qualification in Procurement/Supply Chain
    • Team Leader
