    Admin Clerk - Stock/Receiving

    Job Description

    • Purpose: To ensure and maintain an efficient service, this includes following the cash register S.O.P’s, as well as Reception/Receiving duties in conjunction with maintaining the S.O.P’s that are aligned to this field, that results in an increase in customer satisfaction and continuous growth of the business

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee and control daily, weekly, and monthly stocktakes and cycle counts across multiple departments in line with scheduled plans.
    • Enforce company policies and procedures consistently to ensure operational compliance.
    • Accurately receive, dispatch, and record stock as per supplier invoices.
    • Investigate stock discrepancies and collaborate with stock controllers across branches to reconcile physical and system stock.
    • Review and verify credit slips either at management’s request or by own initiative when variances arise.
    • Verify and manage internal stock deliveries, ensuring they are correctly placed in delivery cages and booked out to the correct driver.
    • Ensure all items are properly scanned before being sent to their respective departments to maintain inventory accuracy.

    Divisional Manager - Building, Drive Thru Yard, Frontline and Admin

    Job Description

    • Purpose: The purpose of this job is to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services, by sourcing new customers, doing follow ups, maintaining and increasing the business sales this includes personally contacting and securing new business accounts and customers in such a manner that achieves good customer service, resulting in achieving customer satisfaction in order to generate sales and promote the business and creating sustainable growth as well as profit margins.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain and achieve growth by 10% per month.

    Job Description

    • Purpose: The purpose of this job is to ensure that all general reception duties are achieved on a daily basis, by ensuring excellent internal and external customer service at the reception desk ensuring customer satisfaction resulting in the promotion of the business.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Open switchboard and general receptionist duties
